There is no reason that Randy Moss should not be with the Patriots next year, unless by some strange "miracle" the head coach doesnt think that Randy is producing enough for the team!

Randy Moss and Tom Brady are one HELL of a package. Not many teams cna stop those two from connecting when on the field.*

I think he will remain with the Patriots for at least another 2 years or so.

*If it is Dallas Cowboys vs. New England Patriots in the Superbowl...you are probably going to see a team that WILL stop that duo!

This is a very good question! We will see where his priorities lie.

If he stays with Brady, he has a chance to leave the game as the greatest receiver of all time. He's not that far behind Rice in touchdown passes career wise, and could probably catch him in 5-6 years.

On the other hand his market value is very high. last time that happened though, he was very unhappy with the team who paid him

So, assuming that he's already amassed a fortune, does he go for more money that he'll never spend, or leave his mark on the game as one of the all time greats (not to mention the rings)?

I hope he stays. There's nothing like Brady to Moss.

No. He's not going to short change himself again after proving that he can put up killer stats.

The Patriots have and never will pay top money for receivers when they can get a bunch of cheap highly productive guys like Wes Welker and Jabar Gaffney. So why pay Moss a ton of money? It their philosophy weather Patriot fans want to accept it or not. Sorry.

Yes...Why leave the Super Bowl Champion, and the team that puts him in the HOF?...The people talking about money obviously don't know that Randy took a pay cut to go to the Pats

You never know. If they have the money under the salary cap, they might be able to afford him. However, he may take a home town discount since a lot of teams will be worried that they can't keep him reigned in. Let's face the facts. Bill Belichick is one of the only coaches out there that is going to be able to keep him motivated.

He'll stay. Moss is sitting on his last chance to prove he is a HOF player and a team player. If he leaves he would prove once-and-for-all that he really is a selfish a$$hole and thus stain his legacy forever.

No. We all know the Patriots are too damn cheap when it comes to giving out big contracts.

They are 19 million dollars under the salary cap and there really was no need for Moss to take a 3 million dollar paycut this year.

Do you really think they are going to sign this guy to a long term contract? No. ( That's what he will be seeking. )
