The Mitchell Report is making it look like the players are the ones at fault here. The only owners and GM's in the report are Sabean and McGowan. Bud Selig is coming out of this like he didnt use these guys to bring the game back and all owners and GM's are looking like the victims.
Selig should be fired.

Like Mitchell said, everyone must share the responsibility from the commissioner, to the GM's, the players union and the players themselves. It is time to fix the problem and not point fingers.
