In my last competition, I felt as though time had slowed down. I could see everything my opponent was doing and I was able to react with ease. When I watched it on DVD I thought both of us were going really fast, but in my mind I thought he was really slow. Have you ever experienced this before, do you beleive it happens and what is this phenomenon called?

If two fighters were to come across each other on the streets who would win the fight the Jet Kune Do fighter or Muay Thai fighter?

I'd say Jet kune do, its quickness and deadly counters would out do a Muay Thai fighter anyday.

I'm trying to understand a very poor translation of an article. I'm suppost to buy a cone with staves fastened on them....and a bar wall or wall bar HELP!!!

If I look at sports as a business, it is a very profitable business with limited competition. I suppose I would like to be 'in' when it comes to the money sports generates.

However, I just can't help but wonder why we pay kids multi million dollars just to catch or throw or shoot a ball?

How are these guys really contributing to society? I suppose they help give us something to cheer for when they play on our team. So that we can feel good about ourselves when our team wins, even though we had squat to do with it.

I am just still to this day amazed that a guy that runs a ball through defenders really well, is worth ten times what a heart surgeon makes. Don't get me wrong, I am certainly a sports fan. I just can't help think that we have skewed our society in some way by escalating sports people to the top 1% of all earners. Do we really value Peyton Manning more than we do the doctor that saves our life...apparently we do.

bench warmers make more than doctors.

my question is did i make the right choice between the 4053tsw .40 smith and wesson? i could have purchased the ruger .45? i went for reliability and concealability. smith and wesson is reliable, hands down and is asthetically pleasing haha but so is the ruger in looks, very similar to a glock. i bought the gun used for $350.00 did i get a good deal and did i make the right choice???

I have a 10 year old set of Dunlap clubs in good condition. I want to get rid of the irons 3 - PW, woods 5, 3, 1, sand wedge, and bag. The bag is 2 years old and in great condition.
