Sachin will have more test matches and ODIs too. I think in test Ponting will cross the Centuries and Total Runs of SAchin but other records will be remain SAve.. to the name of SAchin..

Tendulkar will have more Test runs but Ponting is likely to overtake Tendulkar in terms of ODI runs as well as ODI 100's .

at present if Sourav Ganguly stays for another 3 years in ODI he stands a chance for nearing Sachin's runs if he is great form otherwiset here wont be anyone atleast for 10 to12 years from now.
For Test Cricket more runs - Rahul Dravid has a chance nearing Sachins record as Jayasuriya wont stay for more than 1 1/2 to 2 yrs .

actual, if the Benchmarker-gamers retires, attempt cricket will conflict to outlive and which could take place with any format/game if the all style-setters retires at as quickly as.
