I am 13 i play tennis everyday i was praticing my serve with some new fresh tennis balls and after serving a few i picked a them up and 1 was a little cracked where you could see the inside. Interval training help?

Hi, this is a carry on from my last question.. i was wondering for the interval training.. i was t hinking of going on my windtrainer and doing say 2 miinutes above 190 heartrate ( 204 is my max) then say 3 mins rest then do that another nine times ... so ten times all up.. would b kinda hard tho.. any ideas on what 2 do... and what other training i should do for the rest of the week.. low intensity between 140 and 160 heartrate... because before wen i trained i was always ova 85 percent of max heart rate ( u would kno if u answered my last question ) anyway.. please help me on what i should do thanks =D

Firearms and California?

What is your most disappointed moment regarding cricket?

I am a Sri Lankan. My one was during 2007 world cup final. When Jayasuriya and Sangakkara going well, Sangakkara was caught at midwicket. That time I had book on my hand and after that wicket, I throw it to long way. I could not control me.

What is the reason for the collapse of the West Indian cricket?

Throughout last 10 or 12 years, it seems West Indian cricket is not going very good way. Now they are not regarded as a powerful team. But in the 80s 70s and early 90s they had very strong team. Hasn’t there good domestic structure for cricket?

leg pain when running?

each time after about 5 minutes running my left tibialis anterior hurts so bad i have to walk at times. everything so far is good with the right leg. sometimes the pain is not that bad after about 30min, but then at minute 40-50 i have to stop and walk my way back. This is because at this point the tibialis anterior is hurting bad again plus the right leg hurts where the tibia and the fibula meet below the knee on the exterior side. What can i do????????

Why Sehwag is not included in the Indian test team?
