My hands still go numb no matter what adjustments I have made to riding position. I am wondering if 1.5" riser bars will help. I have Specialized low rise XC bars on my stumpy now.

I am a right handed tennis player. I want to use the double backhand but first i want to know; Do i use the strength of my left or my right arm for the swing? Or maybe strength from both arms because if golg swing my instructor told me to use most of my swing from my right hand. Is it the same or not?

I heard that because your not running at full tilt it makes your body used to moving your legs slow, which is not good at all for hockey. Im trying to take longer shifts on the ice and in order to do so I need to get my wind up so I would like to run around a 2 mile distance a few days a week. However if it make me slower than I probably wont do this. What do you guys/girls think?
