He's a pretty serious competitor, so I'm sure it bothered him. Not that he probably cares all that much about what fans think, but I'm sure the booing made him think about how badly he pitched today.

I know he's being paid a huge amount win or lose, but these guys are competitors who hate losing. I'm sure Clemens isn't happy right now.

He cares or he would have never came back.

He knows that he can't pitch in New York being paind the amount he is like that this time of the year and not expect to get booed.

He is man enough to admit that he deserved to be booed today. He likes his money, but he is also extremely competitive and wants to perform well every time he takes the mound, just like any other MLB player.

Lol. Most MLB players don't care about what the fans say. Because they know that each pitch they throw is worth like $200.

only 3 earned runs, and he's off the hook for the loss now. Besides, most professional athletes are in it for the love of the game, not for the money.

i agree hes old and likes to play baseball so if money comes with it i dont think he cares about boos

I am sure it doesnt bother him but he cares. He came back for the game not the cash.

yes hes a good guy..it wasn't all his fault anyway. i've meant his son they're awesome people. he's an amazing pitcher and in his prime theres no doubt i think hes going to beat him self up over it!!
