He has his own style. Dosen't care about belts, but has them if you want them. I've seen him train and he's really kinda bad ***. He knows his stuff. I've seen some of his fights (mma) he dosen't always win but he says he competes for fun and dosen't care about winning just about the competition. He will tell you that he's not that good but from what I've seen he isn't anyone I'd want to fight. Everyone else says that he says that to everyone and he is good. Cost is what every you can afford. It sounds kinda odd? He's seems to be very good but says he isn't. He teaches for little or nothing and he always seem to have fun with it. He trains with about 15 or so other guys and they seem to teach each other. Someone tends to take class, he does, but other times the just switch out or throw in stuff. What's this sound like to you? Training with this guy and the group?

The girls have a tough time, but they sometimes do it. Retrieve a 10 LB diving weight at the 16 ft pool bottom, First swim down, then pick up the weight with both hands, swim to the surface using your legs only. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUSH OFF THE BOTTOM TO SURFACE. Kicking ONLY. It takes me usually about 1 minute, but then again I can stay underwater for over 4 minutes per dive. Anyone try this?

I only ask this because I was at tuesday's Sox Yankees game. I'm a Sox fan, and I wore my jersey. I can take the ribbing from Yankee fans, alot of them were good sports, but there were a few of them that resorted to personal attacks when the Sox were winning. Some even had tears in their eyes because of the trash talking they did before the game, and now having to eat their words. I just cheered louder when the Sox did well, so I ask, if you can't handle your team losing, why go to the game? There is a 50/50 chance of loss or win.

1. Your team has the bases loaded with no outs and hitters 3,4,5 up batting down by one and they do not score a single run. They do not hit into a double play either.

2. The starting pitcher tosses a gem for 72/3 innings with none left on base when he leaves, up 4-0 only to have the relief staff come in and give up 5 runs.

3. Some guy batting .105 comes off the bench ice cold who is 0 and 23 lifetime against your closer and hits the game tying home run in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs. DOH!

4. Your team is up 4-0 with two outs and the count is 0-2 on the current batter. You figure the inning is over and you go to get a snack and when you come back the score is 4-4 same inning with two outs. You gotta be kiding right?

I know every one will say Babe Ruth, but the fact is Ted Williams missed 5 years of baseball due to WW2 and Korea, at a time when he was speculated to average 35 to 40 hr's a year. So with that, who is the greatest of all time? (It's ok, you can include Joe Jackson and Pete Rose, I'm not part of the Hall committee.)

well, i'm italian and i'm milan's supporter since 21st july 1991 (my birthdate)...i don't wanna say anything about the yesterday final..it wasnt a good match, though i think milan deserved more than liverpool...
what i'm asking is, what do you think about paolo maldini abroad? does he deserve the "golden ball"(dunno if you call it this way...in italian it's "pallone d'oro")? at least as price for his career...he's such a great player and most of all a leader..i think without him milan wouldn't be the same...
what d'you all think about?

I mean, it looks so fake to me, yet it has many fans. What's the deal? Why are people so interested in something, that in my opinion, is dull and full of cheap acting scenes between matches? I don't get it.
