I'm familiar with the coast guard's 5 types of vests for various water sports.

These are top of the line for sure. Water patrol always has great vests. Has Laird ever mentioned what they use? (Not going to be surfing Jaws, just want to know.)

Do you think that children should be taught archery at school?
Should children be taught to hunt? Should children be taught to find food in forests and taught how to survive?

LeBron James clearly fouled going to the basket by Hamilton in the closing moments and the previous series before that Rasheed Walace Wallace pushes Anderson Varejao to the floor to before he shoots... Curios to hear your thoughts...

Someone said that Jones is the best CF ever. I believe that is a totally fallacy, perpetuated by the SportsCenter highlights.

But my question is who is a better CF over their career?

Jim Edmonds: 9 Gold Gloves, 8 seasons with a perfect fielding percentage, .288 career BA, 33 HR, 101 RBI career

Andrew Jones: 9 Gold Gloves, 2 seasons with a perfect fielding percentage, .265 Career BA, 34 HR, 103 RBI career numbers

I would say that Edmonds is every bit his equal at the plate and the field. And let's not forget that Jones was playing on fantastic Braves teams for the majority of his career while Jim Edmonds was not playing with teams anywhere near that good in Anaheim or STL, when he first arrived.

Of course, I think the best ever CF was Willie Mays, but that is another argument for another day.

I'm just curious to see how many of you American football fans know why it's called football. I'm not putting it down or anything there is no negativaty ment towards the sport either. I'm just curious to see what people think as to why it's called football.

so i dont like fighting but i have to defend myself sometimes. i dont like talking bad about other people either, im not a stupid streetkid or anything. but usually right before a fight i get really weak and start shaking.even though im not scared and am ready. usually most people get extremely pumped up and their adrenaline starts going. i think my chances of winning would be less against anyone just because i would be weak and shaking and the other person would be pumped up.??????

Is it wrong for me to hate detroit for:

1) beating my Lakers in the 2004 NBA Finals and denying Karl Malone his last chance at a title?
2) twice in a row lucked out and beat the Cavs 79-76 both games?
3) seem to look down on all other Eastern Conference teams?
4) won't make rasheed wallace patch up that gapping hole in the back of his head?

Yeah let's admit it Boston tanked up their games just to secure possible cornerstones, Oden and Durant, on their team. But now that backed fired and they seem to be getting what they deserve by having the fifth pick, should the Celts start rebuilding the team by trading Paul Pierce and adding additional good pieces? Good explaination would get the best answer... So try to convince me with your arguments.

I'm sure the other fighter will give his best and not afraid to be hurt (Pac) I'm not sure of the other ...
