For fathers & sons with 300+ homers each, we're pretty much restricted to the Bonds clan, Bobby (332) and Barry (745 and counting).
For bloodlines with more than 300 aggregate dingers, well, the pool grows. Papas Berra, Perez, and Fielder, and son Griffey, each have over 300 individually.
Papa Ripken and offspring Luzinski never played in the majors.
