you should visit a local shop to see what they have in a hybrid quality. hybrids have both road and mountain qualities which i think you will find enjoyable. if your bike is squeaking its time to lube up the bike. if you dont know how you can take it to your shop and have them see if its the brakes or anything else. theyd be sure to fix it and keep it working smoothly and quietly

The best bike is the bike that best fits YOUR needs.

Fit is critical to ensuring you get the best ride possible. The brakes shouldn't squeal at all if your bike is properly setup and maintained.

A good price is relative. Avoid shopping at discount stores like WalMart or on eBay unless you can go see the bike before you buy it.

The bike shop should be your first stop to getting this question answered!

Good luck ( =

I like KHS, Trek, Specialized, and Giant brand names

if your brakes are squealing, take it to your local bike shop for a tune up

any brakes will squeal if they are dirty or not set up properly

by the way, if you have the money, my favorite bikes are Specialized Tarmac S-Works with full SRAM Force and Roval star wheels (msrp around 7000 bucks), or the Colnago C-50 with full Campy record, and I also like the Orbea Orca

i'm no longer a expert in Mercury automobiles or ABS structures. although, while brakes squeal that's a demonstration that on the spot interest desires to get carry of them. perhaps the pads are worn right down to the bare steel and now steel rubs steel. This ruins the disks if we are speaking approximately disk-brakes -- which looks in all possibility right here. of direction, while you're working the brakes without pads - that during itself could become risky. hence your restore could become doubtlessly lots extra high priced. Please ask your Mercury representative now -- or a mechanic which you have confidence for an opinion.
