is God not able to put peace on that holy ground just to show that he is the ruler of them all? why is it that for 1000's of years there has been no peace!
all that shows me is that there is no God giving a rip about anything! so there is no God ,there are no chosen ones!
RIGHT?????

NOTE: I don't believe that the Bible is God's words either, but I heard enough from the non-Mormon Christians about their reason to believe that the Bible is God's words. and now I want to learn why Mormons believe that the Book of Mormon is also God's words. aside from Joseph Smith claiming it to be God's words too, what other proof can you provide to prove that the Book of Mormon is indeed God's words?

That in the original hebrew the word virgin which is "betula" is not found in Isaiah 7:14 but instead ha-alma which is young.

Which reads: Therefore the L-rd himself will give you a "sign" a [young woman] shall conceive and bare a son.
The purpose of this is to wake people up so that when mockers come you would know what to say or not say.
In this text of scripture the enfasis should be in the word "sign" why, because if anyone tells you that it is a sign that a young woman is going to give birth what is so unique about that?
And if a young woman being pregnant is not a sign why in the world put that phraze there in the 1st place, unless that phraze can still have it's uniqueness if it is a "uniquely" significant occurance that a young womans way of being inpregnated was without an earthly intervention but heavenly, for it is written that "G-d" himself will give you a sign.

Armageddon in Hebrews mean : Where kings (rulers) meets to measure their strength

It is translated in Greek to mean : The hill of Megiddo is unfortunate and misleading.

Do you know where, and ,when did the Battle of Armageddon toke place ?
Yes , Revelation 16:16ff are all spelled in the "past tense" meaning it has already happened. Do you know when and where was it fulfilled and not as a "going to be fulfilled" future event ?

What say you all - Theologians, Christians, Religious Scholars and teachers of the Word of God ?

I was baptized when I was a baby, but I don't come from a religious family. I don't read the bible and I don't believe in any God, not just Jesus. I don't plan on changing the way I feel and I don't plan on changing my beliefs.

I just want others opinions on this. I want to know how other people feel and think. Is the way I think and feel a sin? If it is, what do you people think about it?

I know most people would say "Since you're not planning on changing your beliefs, why even ask the question?" The reason I'm asking it is because (like I said in the previous paragraph) I just want some opinions on this. I'm curious about what other people think.

Please, no rude or ignorant responses!

I know Christmas has become a commercialized holiday mostly removed from its religious aspects, but why is it a national holiday when it's actually a religious one? There are plenty of people who practice other non-Christian religions in this country and don't celebrate this holiday, yet on Christmas day most businesses are closed. It just doesn't seem to make much sense to me. Any insights?

How the 2 books portray the life of Solomon

http://www.articlesbase.com/religion-articles/not-in-bible-but-in-quran-16-king-solomon-and-his-arab-horses-255248.html

The fact that the bible shows their faults proves its validity. It stays honest. Of course a book "recited" by a man (Muhammad) is going to try and sway people to believe by showing how good the prophets or regular people were.

why is it hard for people to accept christ/God? why can't people understand that the more they are in control and make decisions without God the more problems they will have? why can't they just try it? has one ever been in that situation then accepted christ and saw the difference in their life.

How does this make you feelt?

The most abused verse is ayah 34 of Surah four. The wording of this verse emphasizes the woman's obedience to Allah's desires, and not to those of another human being, but those who misinterpret this verse would assign men the duty of being eternal surveillance police over their wives. This verse has been so misunderstood that it is not uncommon for husbands to prevent their wives from going to the corner store, to attend births, deaths, or marriages, to see doctors, seek education, or even to visit their parents without express permission. This verse has also been used to underpin the mistaken belief that the qawwama of men as protectors and maintainers of their wives not only implies unquestionable obedience to men as individuals but also that only men may lead women in any aspect of life whatsoever on any level. In short, this verse has been used as a tool of control and abuse completely opposed to the Islamic foundation of marriage and family.
