Yes , Revelation 16:16ff are all spelled in the "past tense" meaning it has already happened. Do you know when and where was it fulfilled and not as a "going to be fulfilled" future event ?

It is a battle between Almighty God and the combined forces of all the governments of the world.
The final results will be horrific.
