well, after sinning....what is the condition of your heart? read about after david sinned against God with bathsheba...in the book of psalm...he was filled with repentance, and weeped before God, because he had fallen.....does this represent you or do you not care if you sin?
dont let satan condem you.....only let the Holy Spirit convict you...there is a difference!
Be blessed

The Bible says: "Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under Law, but under Grace"
Romans 6:14
To understand what this means more fully, you really need to do a study of the Book of Romans, which is the most systematic of all the Books of the Bible in setting forth Paul's Gospel, which He received by revelation from Jesus Christ, in expounding the theme of how a man becomes righteous in the eyes of God.
Very simply put - as the verse suggests, if you are living in the grace of God by faith, you can overcome sin; however if you are still trying to earn God's favor by living under the principle of Law - then sin will always get the better of you.

Yes, you can believe in God and lie all day long. I guess your question should be another. Are you afraid of God? Maybe you have alot to learn about God. Read your bible. The problem with lieing is that it's to easy to do. But when you fear God the lieing is harder to come about. I don't have a whole lot of spiritual knowledge but I know enough to get me out of trouble. That's to stop my lieing. And well I'm working on it. The word says that whoever lives in sin will die. But whoever lives by the word will have everlasting life...

Yes, nobody is perfect and God knows that but it's what you do after you sin. Do you ask forgiveness and honestly truly try your hardest to stop? Or do you say o well and keep repeating it? God knows your heart and where each and everyone of us are in our walk with him. He understands our struggles and if our heart is in the right place he knows it. Sin is a part of every-ones life, it's what you do after it. Just remember God loves you and knows your heart; that can be a good thing or for some a bad thing.

You and I are an imperfect creation,i.e., we all sin (an absolute). A believer in God understands that He is Perfect and understands that we are imperfect. Sin can be defined as a miscommunication with your Creator. We get up, dust your self off, ask for contrition, and continue to seek Him (Goodness). Why lament on your imperfection, it can't change it. We push God away because of our will, He doesn't push us away, just respects our space and will. I guess, that what's Love is all about, Infinite Love, a Mystery that we can not understand now. I think that if he created us and chose to become incarnate for our sake, he wouldn't abandon us. By being imperfect (committing sin) and seeking Perfection we humbly show that there is a Loving God who forgives us "seven times seven" (infinitely)! Hope this helps. God bless your adventure into His Mysteries.

Christian's still sin, we're not perfect. Jesus was perfect for us because we couldn't be. Our sin is what separates us from God. That's why God sent His son to die on the cross for us. Because He loves us and wants us to be a part of His family, kingdom, and live in heaven with Him, because He loves us!
My daughter asked me if she was still a Christian (believer) since she hit her brother. Now, when a child is doing something wrong at home (sinning), he doesn't suddenly not become the son or daughter of his parents. He/she only grieves them because they love him, want to teach him, care for him, help him.
God is the same way. Many Christian stray from their faith (sin), but they still belong to Him. Some believe if a person doesn't show any 'fruit', then they weren't saved. I believe that it just takes some 'trees' longer to bear the fruit, so our heavenly Father lovingly does some heavy pruning, and those who are truly His return to the family. I know this from personal experience!

Yes, everyone sins--even (or perhaps especially) believers. I say "especially" because after all we are supposed to know better.
My friend is a pastor, and he says:
"We aren't sinners because we sin, we sin because we are sinners."
It is a mistake to imagine that believers never sin. I'm a believer, and I don't like the idea of personal confession. It would take too long.
One of the churches in a city where I used to live had a sign that said, "You aren't so bad that you can't come in here, or so good that you don't have to."

James 2:19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe--and shudder. 20 Do you want to be shown, you shallow man, that faith apart from works is barren? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he offered his son Isaac upon the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by works, 23 and the scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness"; and he was called the friend of God. 24 You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone

Everyone sins, including true believers.
But you know, just believing in God isn't enough to save you. Even Satan and his demons believe in God. It's faith in Christ--His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of our sins--that makes the difference between life and death.
