Jews kept the law of the Seventh Day Rest and worship. That is the 7th day of the week, Saturday. Most Christian Churches ignore that or try to make it Biblical to try to change the 7th day to the first day.
Now my question is, where is it stated that Gentiles are to pay one tenth of their income to a Christian Church or anyone else? The tribe of Levi got the tithe but does that mean we are bound to pay 1 tenth to the Catholic Church, Baptist, Methodists, Presbyterian, Pentecostal? Why is so much of the Old Testament ignored except the means to keep justifying paying the tithe? Christians do not have to be circumsized and most do not abstain from unclean meats (pork, shellfish ect) So how does the tithe law stay in effect and the other Levitcus laws did not?
