Tragic type time.
No, the Catholic Church does not admit that Mary Magdaline was demoin possessed.
Yes, the Catholic Church does admit that Mary Magdaline was healed of demon possession.
Per Luke 8:1-3:
Accompanying him were the Twelve and some women who had been cured of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, Joanna, the wife of Herod's steward Chuza, Susanna, and many others who provided for them out of their resources.
Saint Mary Magdalene was the first witness to the resurrection of Jesus. (See the 20th Chapter of the Gospel of John).
She was one of Jesus' followers during his ministry, and was present at the cross when he died.
There is some debate on whether she is the woman in Luke 7 who was a notorious sinner. Most biblical scholars believe that Mary Magdalene was not the notorious sinner.
The 8th chapter of the Gospel of Luke describes Mary Magdalene as being healed and supporting Jesus' ministry out of her means.
With love in Christ.

The Catholic Church isn't going to admit anything. They tend to hide things under the carpet and settle out of court under a gag order.
They would love to put a negative PR spin on Mary, because if people truly believed she was Jesus' love interest or wife, it would directly contradict all of their teachings. People might believe that Jesus had off spring and that a true blood line from Jesus & Mary currently exists.
If that was the case, the Catholic church would lose most of it's followers, because the truth would be known that the Catholic religion isn't the one & only pure religion.
It's all about politics & money. Mary was just the scapegoat. The real testaments have been edited & rewritten many times. By whom? Take a wild guess. That's why Mary was edited as a sinner/demon at some point by religious leaders in the ______ Church. Again, politics, control & money.

I don't know why they would deny it when the Bible clearly says it. I have never seen a Catholic deny this. What makes you think they would?
Mark 16:9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
