Does anyone have any examples of folklore used in this book. I know a few of then but I need a lot more. Please help!!!

Tell us which ones you have so we don't duplicate. When Lucy was dying she asked Hurston to reject two folklore traditions, "Don't remove the pillow from under her head, and do not drape the clock and the mirror." You can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl" to name a few.
