We are trinitarians who reject infant baptism and use holy water. We accept the Council of nicea, the first of constantinople, the first of ephesus, the council of chalcedon, the second of constantinople, the third of constantinople, the third of constantinople, the second of nicea, and the fourth of constantinople.

We use the Old Testament, New testament, Apocrypha found in the septuagent, Enoch, Jubilees, and give The Epistle of barnabas, The Didache, and the shephard of hermas high athority.

A traveling evangelist came into a small town to preach the good news of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. While looking for the post office to mail a letter home, he came across a young boy playing in the streets, and asked him:

“Hello there, young man! Could you kindly tell me the way to the post office?”

The boy smiled, stood proud, and pointed him in the right direction.

“Thank you, dear sir, for your help! This evening, I will be sharing about the way to heaven – and I would love for you to come!”

To which, the boy looked down and sheepishly responded:

“O.K. But…um, I don’t think I’ll come.”

After a short pause and with a confused and deeply concerned look, the evangelist replied:

“Oh. Well, that’s O.K., my friend. But do you mind if I ask you why not?”

And the boy answered:

“Well…you didn’t even know the way to the post office!”

Any thoughts, comments, or analogies?
...and do you know the way to Heaven?

This video displays how rediculous and uneducated mormon's are in general. Don't get me wrong, i'm Agnostic and not even that guy could win an argument with me about religion but I LOVE THIS GUY

Link is safe, no swearing or anything. Very entertaining.

Now I'm no theist, but this is likely the best evidence I've heard concerning a creator.

The masses of several subatomic particles such as up and down quarks, electrons, neutrinos, and the strengths of different forces such as the strong nuclear force and the electroweak, have certain, seemingly fundamental values, that if they were altered even a small amount relative to the size of their current value, life as we know it could not exist.

The only satisfactory resolution of this I have heard is that there may be multiple universes each with different values. In fact, the same mathematical theory that predicted then confirmed these values also predicts the existence of multiple universes. Any thoughts?

Ok, the Bible doesn't just say to not eat blood, it gives reason. It says you can't eat blood because it still has "life" in it. What, exactly, is wrong with eating life? I cannot seem to comprehend this.

And what about eating life is wrong that also applies to blood transfusions? It seems, to me, that the whole point of blood transfusions is for the giver to sacrifice a little of his/her "life" to give "life" to another... quite literally, weakening the first slightly, and keeping the second alive. That just seems soooo very Christian, to me, to sacrifice one's own life, to whatever degree, to save another. I could understand if you would only accept blood transfusions from another JW... but not at all?

I is a confuzzled person XD

Thank you for your assistance :)

Since america associates terrorism with islam should i associate christianity with THE "KKK"?, I ask this because Americans hear the word Muslim and automatically think about the more militant sects , but when you mention christianity no one brings up the KKK and how they terrorized minorities of the world. So when thinking of religious groups should i only look at the participants who are extreme like americans do with islam?.

Joseph Smith was given the golden plates from God and he translated them. He is considered a prophet of God and his translation the revised word of God for modern times. If that is so, then why have Mormon leaders changed his writings and teachings to fit recent scientific DNA evidence that proves that he was in error when he said that Native Americans descended from the Jews? If they changed the text to say something different, which they did, then they are saying that the original text was flawed. And if the original text was flawed, then that would mean Joseph Smith did not translate them accurately and was not a prophet from God. How do you reconcile these things? Hope I didn't offend anyone. I am truly baffled.

I see Christains, Jews, Hindus and almost all other people doing it all the time and NOBODY kills them. In Islam, if you convert away you must be killed.

Ghorban Tourani - former Iranian Sunni Muslim who became a Christian minister. He received the death penalty for Apostasy in Islam

Salman Rushdie - Probably awaiting his beheading

Ali Sina - Alos awaiting his murder.

The sad thing is, is that Muslims AGREE with this

I was talking to my GF about reading the apocrypha and possibly the Koran and she told me not to because we're not supposed to look at or understand other religions, even Catholicism which I thought was a part of Christianity. I am a Methodist. I am not sure if the Bible forbids it but if so, where?
