isnt they always says do not lead us to the test but deliver us from evil? but why does it contrast with the one below?(here it shows that god dopes lead us to to temptation a prayer but the bible says another thing?)which is true?why would god lead us to the test if he ask us not to sin is that making sense?

(James 1:13-15) . . .When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone. 14 But each one is tried by being drawn out and enticed by his own desire. 15 Then the desire, when it has become fertile, gives birth to sin; in turn, sin, when it has been accomplished, brings forth death.

And if it isn't, why do you keep returning?

(Obviously this is for the R/S "regulars" such as myself.)

There are verses that say that you cannot see God (Exodus 33:20; John 1:18). Yet In the Old Testament, God appeared many times to many people (Gen. 17:1; 18:1; Ex. 6:2-3; 24:9-11; 33:20; Num. 12:6-8).In Acts 7:2 Stephan states Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran. And of course jesus appeared to many and I do believe most christians still consider him a god.
What do you believe? Give source, chapter and verse.

I accidentally turned off the pre-game show and to some local channel. And lo' and behold I was saved by Mike Murdock, all I need now is $1,000 and God will give me the life I will always desire. He has a covenant with me, him, and Jesus! My $1,000 seed will give me 90 days of unparalleled miracles........

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Oh my. This can't get any better!!! Fellow Freethinkers go to the URL and get a look at the best thing to hit Christianity since Constantine was hit by the chi rho.

And CHRISTIANS... please, give me one good reason I should give your malfunction of reason a second glance ever again, this is sick, feeding on your own. How does it make you feel that this shmuck is representing your absolute truth!

i posted earlier today that adolf hitler was a person of faith, right down to the day he died.

in my post i gave conclusive evidence of this.

y!a has deleted the material, and tells me it is a violation.

is it a violation to tell the truth on y!a in general, or only in this section?

Though I have not read theory of evolution completely , I can for sure say it does not make sense to me.
How many years you think it will take for a calculator to be manufacturd by process of evolution. Do you think it is possible that by mixing of gases and temperature can create something like calculator. How about computer. Is it possible. Our body is much more complex than latest computer today. Do you believe that our mind which is still a mystery to modern day science can evolve through a process. Don't you see an intelligent design here. what you say ?

No, I am not saying Atheists do not have morals and ethics, because quite obviously they do. But most people have a cornerstone, so to speak, which ethical and moral behavior is built around.

I was wondering what was the cornerstone of the yours. Is it personal like conscience or familial practices. A philosophical movement like humanism, a political movement.

I am a Theist and I know mine come from many different places, the cornerstone being theology (real theological thought throughout the ages, not just scripture). I would have asked everyone but I know from most Theists on Yahoo Answers all I would get is scripture.

Also:
With that probability in mind, what is the probability of it mutating into every known organism on earth, including humans?

Being honest with yourself, would it be crazy to consider the idea that an all powerful God made it happen?

If there is no God, where did the stuff that we are made of come from? And where did the stuff that made that stuff come from? Is it absurd to believe in a God outside of space and time, that doesn't "need" to have a beginning, or have something create Him?

Please answer honestly and respectfully! Not all Christian's are as moronic as the majority portray us as....

my mother takes me to get a blessing from a guy name is maynard, and he has this really weird gold watch on with 2 beasts on each side of the face of it. first my mom and her friend leave to take a walk. he leads me over to a table where he has me read a bunch of bible verses. I was too busy worrying about pronunciation but these passages where not from the bible! i went to bible school. then he has me close my eyes and he says he is going to anoint my head. he has me hold my arms out and he hits the window really hard with a spoon and then comes over and write something on my forehead. then he made me drink a protein drink and got really mad when i didnt. finally i relented. after my mom and her friend come back home we form a circle holding hands and talk in jibberish by an open fireplace. the other three people take turns hissing like a snake during this. i ask him if he sent me to hell and he laughs. now people come up to me and say that the devil knows me. did i doom myself

lets face it. Life is crap. Why bother stuggling day after day? You try to make sense out of it by holding a belief that there ia a all powerful god 'watching over' you and planning things for you.
The truth too terrible for you to see is that you are no more important than a tiny molecule of dust on the planet mars.
When you understand this fact - how can you justify stuggling from day to day?
Are you happy to lie to yourself hang on to your material comforts and your illusions of granduer in an imaginary master plan?

Two forces are always blamed here on the wrong doings of the world:

The Devil did it.

Evils of the man.

but God, he don nuttin wrong.

God led Adam into temptation and blamed him and all his children for it for all eternity. It's like that Simpsons episode where Cheif Wiggum doesn't want his son to go into the closet yet tells him "What IS your fascination with my forbidden closet of mysteries"

All the genocide, torture, and witch burning all done in great numbers and all done in methods that would make you turn your head if you just realized the scope at which these occurred, but all to be blamed on man or the devil. God let this all happen for centuries and it still goes on till the day and yet God wouldn't bother to fix anything. Oh wait, that's right, he's busy helping Benny his put up his new satellites.

God wouldn't even have the decency to protect his people in his own church. (Ptff house of God) It’s free reign for the devil in the churches. Blame it on the devil.

Picture yourself standing before the God of the universe:
He asks why you didn't believe the 20 witnesses that Jesus is real that were sent to you in your life time and asks why you didn't even take the chance and pray to him.......and you say well that's Pascal's wager........do you think he'd be impressed with that sor of wisdom? or not? and why?

in jeremiah 31:33-34, g-d describes the "new covenant" as: "After those days, saith the L-RD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their G-d, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the L-RD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the L-RD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more"

clearly, as long as there is need for a written bible, as long as people still feel the need to teach others about g-d, the "new covenant" isn't here!

why do they claim it is?
