but when I say that I hate all fruits equally - they WHY do oranges feel persecuted more than others?

You can say what you like concerning your taste in fruit, and if the orange lovers feel persecuted, then they really ought to have their heads read. Of course, if they feel persecuted that is another story. They might not even care because they are closet apple lovers. Then again, you might secretly like oranges as well as apples, but being the person you are, there is no ways in hell that you are going to admit it. In the final analysis, who gives a damn.

It is socially acceptable to love a fruit of your choice. Unfortunately, the same can not be said of the gender you choose to love. I, too, wish it were different, but comparing heterosexuals to homosexuals is like...well...comparing apples to oranges.
