Ever notice how muhammad never has his face shown? Ever notice how muslim women can't show their face? Is anyone else seeing the connection? The Islamic people seem very adamant about not showing muhammad's face. If he is so great shouldn't we see who he is?

Most normal, healthy parents will love their children through thick and thin. Even when the child makes a very stupid mistake, and refuses to admit they are wrong, parents do not stop loving them. Even when the child says and does reprehensible things, or turns their back and walks away from the parent, the parent will still love that child. Nature practically hard-wires parents to never abandon their children, because only through the child can the parent's genes be carried on towards future generations.

Of course there are exceptions - mentally divergent parents, psychopaths, alcoholics - but we are focusing on NORMAL, HEALTHY PARENTS.

So what would your child have to do to make you reject them, and subject them to an eternity of painful torture and misery (remember, not just a brief punishment, but an ETERNITY OF TORTURE AND MISERY.)

I'm especially interested in hearing responses from loving Christian parents.

It used to be that God was the explanation for everything. Enter science with all of it's theories and explanations - effectively making God "smaller". So I ask again, isn't it time God fought back?

I feel as if god has forsaken me. I've even started to question his existence. Every time I see a sign that says the end is near I'm filled with annoyance and it bugs me. I can't stand to be around a lot of things religious oriented. I'm also not fond of being preached too. Now I DO NOT HATE ANY ONE OF ANY FAITH. Just to make that clear. But why would I be so mad? Maybe because I have a religious father who's pressured me with fire and brimstone to get saved? I don't know please give me ideas and lead me on the right path or what you think is right. But Please Don't get the idea that I'm a bigot or have any religious intolerance.
Thank You.

If a man says it is better that a man steal five cents rather than a million dollars he is agreeing that this sin is less than another which is okay because man is not perfect, If God is perfect ALL sin is bad and all worthy of death. If God agrees in any way with any sin he is not a perfect God. It is the reason the wages of sin is death and the reason God came to the world in the form of man to overcome sin and death.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

-Amen- It is Jesus! He is the one who forgives us our sins and saves us from the wrath of God-- as Romans 5:8-9 says "But God demonstrates His own love towards us in that while we were sinners Christ died for us"
Do you believe this?

This is a fact everyone else agree or not agree. It does not matter at the end you all well agree and please mormons stop saying your Christians, when Christians are based on the bible and believe it to be 100 percent accurate. Unlike you screw ups to society.

Ok so let me get this straight, I can be a mass murderer my whole life. I can dismember children in front of their parents. I can kill ever living thing and on my deathbed if I ask for forgiveness and accept Jesus into my life I will go to heaven? But If I have no belief in god for my whole life but I am a good person and treat everyone with respect, I do good things to benefit society, then when I die I have to burn eternaly in hell? Sounds a little suspect to me.

Should move out of America and start their own Theocracy in which they base all of their own laws on biblical law and only allow other Christians to be a part of their society? Perhaps it could say something like " Freedom only for Christians" Instead of Freedom of Religion. They could pray in schools, teach Creationism and live in the happy utopian society that they so much crave. Thoughts?

“…Hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me: When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.”

Do you warn your enemies?
Do you warn your neighbors?
Do you warn your friends?
Do you warn your family?

Do you love them?

What of their blood required at your hand?
What of your soul?

I am feeling all sentimental and fuzzy right now ...
I just recieved a message on friends ruinited from my very first love !
I was 7 and he was 6 lol
and we havent seen each other in about 20 years , since we were about 16
how he recognised me from my profile I don't know , because my name has changed since ( married now )
I remember when we were kids that his ball rolled under a truck and I went to rescue it for him , but came up too soon and hit my head on the undercarriage of the truck .... had to go to hospital and get stitches
but it led to me having to have a cyst removed about 10 years ago as it never properly healed
should I get him back for it ? lol

I'm Christian, believe God exists.. is masturbation a sin? This is a really troubling discussion for almost every teen that believes in HIM, I believe. I'm a 13 year old girl. Okay, I started "playing" with a bear of mine when I was maybe 6? Let me skip some details. Anyway, is masturbation a sin? First off, atheist answers WILL NOT help me. I'd prefer someone who struggled with this. Nor do I need to know if it's HEALTHY or not, I know it is healthy. Is it a SIN, according to Jesus's law, or not? The Onan story does not refer to masturbation, so that won't count for me either. Why is it a sin, if it is, and will I really go to hell for masturbating? I'm not technically "spilling seed" since I'm female. Or does God intend for us to only be sexual with our spouses present? Is it possible to masturbate without thinking images, which is technically impossible (I've tried)? Is it lust? Iff we are married, can we masturbate and think of our spouse, or is masturbation OFF LIMITS completely?

Why do so many people question others' beliefs, when surely we would be better off questioning our own?

Not only would we become more secure in our beliefs, we would also develop an understanding for members of other religions.

I don't see anything negative about that.

I see PLENTY negative with everyone firing off insults and generally being closed minded.

Think about it.

Then tell me, if (insert your religion here) teaches love, why is there not a great big amount going round in here?

non-religious people may not follow a religion, but that does not mean they have no morals. They would certainly be more loving towards the religious if the religious were more loving to them.

I want to extend my love to everyone who reads and answers this question, along with this:

((((hugs))))

I went into my church several years ago to talk to the pastor about baptism. To see if I was ready, he asked what evangelism means to me. I was like 8 years old so I didn't even know what that word meant, so he said I wasn't ready. 2 days ago at my church they were doing baptism and my sister told me I should do it because it's important, but I've kind of been scared away. Why is it important? Where in the Bible does it say that being pushed underwater is necessary to go to Heaven? How can I become ready?

"...whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness and is guilty of an eternal sin." (Mark 3:29)"

if you are guilty of blaspheme, you are going to hell according to the bible. Why bother to repent when Jesus clearly said it is UNFORGIVABLE.

If you disagree that an eternal sin will not commit you to hell, then what would the punishment be if heaven is supposed to be "perfect"?

You only get one life..Then people like Owen Smith who just tried to commit suicide, Elvis Presley, Princess Diana (UNHAPPY),scores of more people who have everything, Love, Money, Family Friends are STILL not happy...
In this world of materialism more people are unhappy looking for fullfillment in anti-depressants,alcohol, drugs, loveless sexual relationships....
WHY IS THAT?
JESUS CHRIST said If you value your life and posessions more than GOD you will surely lose them, and you all know you are
going to lose your physical life and all your material posessions...

SO what eternal promise do you have in this life???
With GOD you have a eternal promise you will never lose.

Christ why the heck do they continue to call themselves Christians. I don't know about you but I think they have some nerve, and a brass neck for continuing to use Christ's name, when they don't believe in him. Do you.
