In Isaiah 45:7 it was written "I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create evil, I the Lord do all these things."
The hebrew ra' refers to 'evil', some newer versions translated it as 'calamity', but in Isaiah 7:16 it says "For before the child shall know to refuse the evil and choose the good...", here, ra' was again used and all translations agreed that it means evil.

I am a Muslim. Is it our fault that some of us are not letting the world live in peace ? Islam doesn't promote violence and terrorism so how can you say it is the most violent religion ? Think about it. Don't just say what you are told to think. Use your brains and your hearts and tell me is it really Islam that is responsible for everything awful going on in this world? aren't there other religions involved ? if there are, why is only Islam told to be the most hatefilled religion spreading violence , causing terror? what do you have against us? we have a heart just like you do, we like to live in peace and with love just like you do, we like to make people happy just like you do. So how do we become the most violent religion? Why don't you understand that a group of violent brainwashed people cannot and DOES NOT represent the whole of ISLAM?

There are male religious leaders all over the world who use their position of power to commit the most horrendous sexual acts on innocent little boys. They also promote homophobic hatred (as suggested in the bible) and encourage barbaric ideas towards child birth and do everything they can not to give women equal rights. Since these men are parading directly under 'Gods' banner, surely he would intervene, considering he is all knowing and all powerful? Not to do so raises some very awkward and uncomfortable questions for you religious people doesn't it? Perhaps to rid the world of religion would be to free humanity?

Would we have the ability to fly from heaven and to the new Earth-2?
And PERHAPS OTHER PLANETS that have life, we not know about yet.
Everything on these planets would be very Beautiful, and new life would be grand and full of joy and love. And it's all because God loves us and wants a huge family to where we all get along:)

In the bible it says that homosexuality is an abomination to God, therefore Christians conclude that homosexuality must be choice. Funny enough, is it written in the bible that homosexuality is a choice? I don’t think so. So you’re making your own conclusions. But of course, if God created gays Himself and then turned around to condemn them, it would be quite hard for Christians to accept.

We first have to define homosexuality. Homosexuality is the sexual attraction towards the same sex. It’s not like you have to have had sex in order to become a homosexual like Christians believe. Did you become a heterosexual only after you had sex with the opposite sex? Is Mother Teresa and Virgin Mary non-sexual beings because they never had sex?

Now the next question is, did you choose to be heterosexual? Is heterosexuality a life style?

Homosexuality is also found in animals, so are you saying that rodents consciously make the choice to live a homosexual lifestyle?

Over time it gets harder to believe a lie.
"If you bring out what is inside of you, what is inside of you will save you. If you don't bring out what is inside of you what is inside of you will destroy you".

Teacher is a source of knowledge. When we are in school/colleges, it is the teacher who teaches us about manners, discipline, language, arts, science, psychology, society culture, earth, space, universe...etc. etc.
We never worshipped them... we learnt from them and repsected them....

Spiritual Gurus, explaining us the Holy Books, teaching us art of living, ways of enlightenment, guiding us to understand God.. are being worshipped (It's my personal observation).

Do you think worshipping them is important or absorbing the knowledge given by them (if one has complete faith in it) and giving due respect to them is the correct way?

[cont'd from part 1]

4) If meditation is to quiet the mind--to avoid provoking extra neurotransmitter activities and to eventually alter the brain "metabolism"--it is definitely not good to read, to write, and to become a writer, lawyer, educator, engineer... etc? It's nearly impossible to go through everyday's busy life while having to keep the brain immobile.

5) When a child is born, part of the growth and living a rich experience is to stimulate sensitivities; meditation seems to do the opposite. In vipassana, you do things very very slowly, it even got robotic. It doesn't make sense. So, once again, an arhat would be like a blank slate, and he's bad at argumentation because no words come to mind!!!!!!

6) SUPPOSE there's more than what meets the eye: suppose we have spirits! How would this change in brain structure *transfer* and imprint onto the spirit, for it to carry and manifest in its next life?
