Truth is a incomplete thing for no one can know the whole of truth for the picture and the senses dont cover all that is presented at any one time. Show a movie of a event and ask a dozen people what they saw and see how many different stories you recieve

If the truth was a lie, then it, by definition, wouldn't be the truth.
The truth is the truth regardless whether people believe it or not. A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it.
Its not really that difficult a concept. Moral Relativity is completely illogical. It contradicts itself. But there are people who will still choose to believe it because they refuse to accept the truth. I guess they dont like the thought of not being able to define the world for themselves.

Yes, it is in the nature of "truth". Unless we claim to have absolute knowledge, truth can be interpreted.
For example 70 degrees is 70 degrees only by convention. We make models of things to be able to communicate with each other. By no means could we ever claim those models are correct. To do so would give man a status of knowing all. That is arrogance.

All and any truth is a lie to those who do not believe in Christ as God. Their minds are blinded to the truth by Satan. Only Christ can remove this blindness.

Truth is truth. The nature of truth is that everything that is contradictory to truth is a lie (or falsehood).

That would imply that truth is relative and not absolute. But God, the only Truth, is absolute.
Another theory down the tubes.

No. Example: 70 degrees IS 70 degrees. You may perceive it as cool while another may perceive it as warm. Perceptions may vary, the reality does not.
