I don't know if he is real. I'm not sure if I believe in him or not any more.

P.S. I don't think I've been a good Christian lately either. This one girl said I could possibly go to hell because once I was angry and said God's name in vain because she pushed me. Once she also said that because I lied it's a sin (yet she lies A LOT). I am tired of her judging me. She makes me feel like a horrible person and a bad Christian.

Ok, so I'm planning on getting a tattoo as a reward for myself sometime in the near future. It would be fairly small, text only, on my back just below my neck.

I want to get something relating to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, since it is basically my bible. It has a lot of spiritual importance to me.

Should I get...

The word "Breathe"

The line "Long you live and high you fly"

The line "The sun is eclipsed by the moon"

Or something else I haven't thought of? There is just so much on the album that has meaning to me, it's hard to just pick a few words!

Any thoughts? :)

Unbelievable, during the two hours he was missing(after killing the first students), he actually took the time to make a video, take photos, and mail all of this to NBC news by express mail. My question is how did he have this much free time without police getting to school in time? I'm putting this in the religion category because he was obviously under some type of demonic influence, and CHOSE to act on it. The video of him is here

I can't just blindlessly choose one, but i can't seem to find any proof. How will I know if I'm being lied to? Why can't I stop thinking about this? I've been told that when I find the truth it won't confusing to me...."the truth will set you free" If this is true why am I so lost, why is it so hard?

last night i saw some images appear on my wall. I saw one where a child with a police hat was peering out from the top of a chair in a lounge. She was looking directly at me

i saw one that looked like a huge eye looking directly at me

i saw one where there were 3-4 people walking towards a very tall man, and a bridge where it was very bright and then went pitch black when the bridge ended. the people were wearing black hooded robes

i don't know whether this counts but i saw 2 flies that did not move all night and they looked like a pair of eyes.

Am i just seeing things or is this something that was meant for me to see. If it was meant for me to see, then i don't understand any of it

I can't call a psychic because my dad doesn't believe in that sort of stuff and thinks its stupid. It cost and they only take 18 year olds.

i have no idea why i am seeing these things and all i want to do is understand them

if anyone can help i will be eternally in your debt

And don't get angry that I spell G-d like that, because, I am respectful to Him, and I don't write His name in vain. I am sick and tierd of athiest people telling me that G-d not existing! I don't wan't to hear it! at all! I also hate when they get angry when I say I think bieng gay is gross! but out! it's true!

I am also sick of it when you tell me that evalution is true!

Let me ask you a question: Who else could have created this world! The univers couldn;t just have appeared like that!

Next, stop telling me that there is proof that G-d doesn't exsist, because i can go on for hours telling you about all the blessings that have happend to me!

Say the investigators found this in searching his personal possessions (i.e. no one else knows). Will they keep it secret from the public? Conversely, might they make false claims of devil worship????

Or like God and the other people up in Heaven being happy with all the other people that have passed away? If there is, please tell me the exact verse, and what it says!

I mean, here's god, with all eternity before him, and he's collected all the faithful souls, who are now sitting about him, staring at his face and doing nothing more than adore him.

And here are all these lost souls, people whom he supposedly loves just as much, but who exercised their free will in a way that displeased the lord, and thus he's prepared to exterminate them by pitching them into the lake of fire.

Instead of Hell and a lake of fire, he couldn't send them to a place where they could be rehabilitated? I mean, these lost souls aren't going anywhere unless god pitches them into the lake like so much firewood.

Is barbecuing these souls the most loving and compassionate thing god can do with a lost soul?

Is god so limited in imagination and compassion that even a human can do better?

I'm reaching that age where everything is about sex. How do religious guys cope with their sexual urges. And I dont mean masturbation or anything. Like I want to go home with her, but I find it harder and harder to say goodnight.

I'm assuming that the fall of Lucifer was prior to Adam and Eve. Satan (if you believe that he and Lucifer are the same) would've had to be first because he was the one to tempt Eve. The tree (and snake) came before Eve did.

Anyway, I just want some timeline clarification. Hopefully, someone will know.

Is there a chance before he killed himself he could have got right with God?

2007-04-18 12:48:03 · 23 answers · asked by Gloria 1

Whatever God does, He does with a purpose. The purpose for which God made human beings, says Paul, si that we might seek Him, find Him and have a relationship with Him.
Alone among all earth's creatures, we were made with the capacity to know God and find our chief joys in knowing and serving Him.

Many people have tried to find satisfaction in possessions, and found only that the more they have, the more they want. It is not surprising. If we were made to be satisfied only by God, how can anything else fill that emptiness? Nothing can ever be as big as God! Augustine said, centuries ago, 'God has made us for Himself, and our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Him.'

You always hear:
athletes say: 'i would like to thank jesus for letting us win tonite'
'god gave me the strength to make that last touchdown'

To everybody Jesus and God is undefeated.

You never hear:
'man ...Jesus made me drop the ball.'
'God came and made my injury worse after that jump'

In reality, good and bad things happen with jesus and god in the picture. I would love to see some athletes acknowlege this fact and say what you never hear.

Interviewer: 'Hey Jerry, what happened on that last play?'

Jerry: 'man ...Jesus made me drop the ball.'

All supplication to any higher, or lower, or natural power is a spell. Anything that happens in direct connection to that supplication is Magick.

One more point. if you are fishing and you say, "C'mon, grab that bait," you are stating a supplication to a natural power...Therefor, there is really no wriggle room for any belief or faith to run from this fact.

It's that simple. Everyone actually believes in Magick...Some just don't want to admit it.

..im mostly interested in christian views on this but feel free to state ur views watever they are .. So as a Christian i beleive to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord ... but then for an example, consider the american indians that had no access to the Christian covenant of faith in Jesus because they never heard of it for 1500 or more years until europeans brought it over ... so what chances do they get after they die? and isnt it possible that even if an atheist dies and goes to wherever the dead go that are not in Christ already, that they are still given a chance for the heart to accept the covenant of Christ up until the great judgement? This is just one question ive never been clear on so if anyone has any thoughts whatsoever im happy to hear them ...

do you think if "god" had left a little better clue or hint....or anything....something.....that could be proved....not left to challenge so much....just a "little" more......that people would not kill in the name of ..."who is the real god, i'm right, you're wrong".....maybe,... so so so many people would not have died fighting about it....and still they fight....and still they die....i'm sure there is a reason.....but i have always had a hard time with this....how about you?
