I remember reading or hearing a long time ago a phrase that went something like-Better to spill your seed in the belly of a whore than let it spill on the ground. For the life of me I can't find it anywhere and I knew I had heard that. Then last night I saw a comedian refer to that and it brought it to mind. Can anyone please tell me where it is in the bible. And is it KJ, NIV or what? Thank you so much whoever can help.

I am doing a report on the lives of Jesus and Mohhamad. I need to know how each individual was or is worshipped today. Some good websites would be really helpful.

If you want an intelligent discussion about Harry with Christians who speak out against the books and movies, here's a link:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nopotter

(The whole address doesn't seem to want to print out, so just in case the link isn't good, note that the last past of the address is group/nopotter.)

If, on the other hand, you feel like sounding off about how ignorant Christians are about Harry Potter, then right here's a good place:

The majority of species are arthropods. They have been around for over 400 million years. Yet, the bible says nothing about Arthropoda Chelicerata and freshwater crustaceans. Why is that? It seems like Noah only cared about the minority of animals on the planet. A very small group called amphibians, reptiles, and mammals. What about phylum Arthropoda, the Arthropods on land? What about all the insects? Invertebrates make up the majority of species on the planet. Where did the imaginary god put them all? It seems that the imaginary god only cares about vertebrates? Sense Christians do not believe in evolution, Noah would have to build a ship large enough for all the species of insects that have lived between now and then. This would be much larger to contain all these insects than all the animals in the story. We are talking about millions of species of land dwelling invertebrates here.

The Bible is the basis for mine. Do you have a handbook or something? Does court precedent establish your list of do's and don'ts?

If the law were to say that it's ok to rape a woman who isn't wearing a head scarf (like sharia law says), does that make it ok for you?

Is it according to the situation? So if you're in a crashed plane stranded on a mountain glacier, or shipwrecked on a barren island, is it ok to kill and eat the old people?

Does your morality change according to the situation at hand? If you have the opportunity to boink some hot babe, would it be ok as long as your wife doesn't find out?

Is it based on your "feelings"? How do you know what's right and what's wrong?

Ok, i've grown up all of my liffe being taught modesty is beautiful, and i agree with it. "Raw meat only attracts dogs," someone once told me, and i believe it. I think modesty shows high moral standards and someone close to our Father in Heaven. I don't think modesty is enforced enough. There are so many girls(and guys too) walking around in clothes that show so much. What ever hapenned to the good old knee leangth shorts, shirts with sleeves, and pants that actually cover us like they were intended to do? I'm not saying women should be wearing bonetts and long dresses, or men wear suits all of the time, but where did good modesty go? what d oyou think about it?

Oh, by the way, I am 14 years old. I'm just kind of curious what everyone's oppinion is to me being 14 and having these standards in my life.

When you hear about women being abused in Islam then what crosses your mind?

Wow, Islam is so horrible. BTW, verse 4:34 doesn't give the right for men to beat us although people like to think so.

or...

Is it Islam or the culture?

More rights than one might think

Some Americans believe that Muslim women are oppressed by their religion, forced to cover themselves completely, denied education and other basic rights. It is true that Muslim women, like women all over the world, have struggled against inequality and restrictive practices in education, work force participation, and family roles. Many of these oppressive practices, however, do not come from Islam itself, but are part of local cultural traditions. (To think about the difference between religion and culture, ask yourself if the high rate of domestic violence in the United States is related to Christianity, the predominant religion.)

In 1 JOHN 3;8 say: Everyone who committeh sin is of the devil.

So are we of the devil??????NOOOOO....

when you say we are sinners, you are referring to present(we are)And I'm a christian but I'm not a sinner,I was a sinner in the past but not now.Now I'm a new creature and I'm saint.Do you know what saint mean???Saint mean separated for God.Maybe saying that you are sinners you feel very humble and religious. It is true that many christians are sinners because they are not strong in their faith but not me.A sinner is the one who commit sin,so if I obey God ,I'm not a sinner. The christians who obey God aren't sinners we are the good odor of CHRIST.satan wants that, that christian say around the world that they are sinners.Come on wake up to the true.Do the sinners will be allowed in heaven???No,well if you say that you are a sinner, then you will not enter in heaven.

This is an argument that many religious folk repeat over and over, but of course that's ludicrous and spawns from ignorant rhetoric. I don't subscribe to the contents of the Bible so I'm evil? Can you people get any dumber?

This is an honest question. I know some Christians do enjoy secular entertainment, some only enjoy PG secular entertainment, and some avoid it altogether.

So... you can answer with "yes", "no", "sometimes", "occasionally", etc etc, and tell me why if you'd like.
