Absolutely. To those who love the truth and seek the truth God gives the gift of faith and through faith comes revelation and a true relationship with God.

Absolutely.
It is the gift that allows you to be a Christian.
Eph 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
The grace is a gift and the faith is a gift.
Even righteousness is a gift.

If it's a gift, then only people who are lucky enough to have this gift can go to heaven, and god must decide who gets this gift, and so therefore the actions of those without faith cannot be judged..

fiath is the convition of things not seen .yes faith is a gift. if it wasn't for the holy spirit there wuold be no faith. but the holy spirit inspires faith in my heart, so yes fiath is a gift.

No. It is the result of brainwashing that forces you to believe in a fairy-tale.
Believing that there is an 'invisible man' that lives in the clouds, grants wishes and performs magic is a delusion, not a gift.

faith is belief that no matter what comes your way god will help you through it like the person with cancer who prayed and believed and has outlasted the doctors opinion
