I saw that one person answered your question by saying that Mormons could practice polygamy. Polygamy is illegal in the United States of America, and Mormons do not practice it.
Polygamy is the practice of having more than one wife. So, if a man has 2 wives at the same time, he is a polygamist. As far as I know, there is no limit on how many wives a man can have if he is a polygmist. I have heard that Muslims who practice polygamy have a limit on how many wives they can have.
If a man does want to practice polygamy, I would believe that he would be limited by how many wives he can support at one time.
I do not like polygamy, and I would never allow my husband to be a polygamist, if it were legal in this country, and if he were considering it.

Why get a divorce? The guy could just marry a new woman and just ignore the last wife. Monogamy is really the only way to be.

Polygamy is not legal for anyone other than for Mormons as it is part of the religious practice...and Mormons do not believe in divorce.

Polygamy isn’t a religion. I just means you have more than one significant other at a time. You can have as many as you want and you can break up with them as often as you please. There is no law or dogma.

im sure you will get different opinions. my opinion is that each wife stays in her own bed and to share to two women at the same time is unclean.
