To you there is no creator, no first mover. So reality as we know it just happened by numerous blind events that created very complex forms over a very large period of

time. But how did it all get started?

The problem is that any event needs an event handler. If anybody understand programming, in order to excute and event you must program it to occur.

In other words, for ANYTHING to happen there has to be instructions for that event.

But how can instructions evolve without prior instructions to do so, it is impossible.

So in the beginning there had to be some sort of programming, instructions for a certain first action. Where do atheists think this came from?

Judges 1:19
"The Lord was with the men of Judah. They took possession of the hill country, but they were unable to drive the people from the plains, because they had iron chariots."

I thought EVERYTHING was possible when god is with you, but I suppose that limits itself if the other has iron chariots.

See, it says here in Psalm 14:1, it says "There is no God"

Thus proving that according to the Bible, there is no God! Christians are actually Atheists!

In other words, is the Bible the sole infallible guide to Christian doctrine and practice? If so, is it stated explicitly in the Bible? What is the relationship of Sacred Scripture and Apostolic Tradition? Did divine revelation stop after the Bible was published?

Scriptural Citations on Apostolic Tradition

"So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter." (2 Thessalonians 2:15)

"It was he who gave gifts to people; he appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers. He did this to prepare all God's people for the work of Christian service, in order to build up the body of Christ". - Ephesians 4,11-12

"Remember your former leaders, who spoke God's message to you. Think back on how they lived and died, and imitate their faith". - Hebrews 13,7

We have people here who all claim to be Muslims and who present radically different ideas of what is the true nature of Islam (e.g. as pertaining to the role and rights of women etc.). How are we supposed to know who is right?

Personally I think that there are as many different religions as there are religious believers, and that everyone will have their own particular set of beliefs and principles and values that they regard as valid. Therefore, it is unwise to make generalisations about any religion, or to make assumptions about a person's values and beliefs based on what religion they profess to follow. It makes things much more complicated but... that's life! :-)

Would you live your life trying to be as comfortable as possible, if necessary numbing away your conscience knowing full well that you may well be living a lie and it could cost you an eternity in torment?

Or

Would you live your life wanting to know that which is absolutely true. Regardless how painful and discomforting the truth, if you found that there really is going to be heaven and hell, would you want to make sure you were 100% certain your eternity would be in heaven rather than torment?

Eternity try to grasp that please it's essential as I do believe my question is legitimate.

Conscience numbing opinions even from "knowledgeable and educated" people may not always prove as being truth especially if you are ignorant of their methods of coming to their conclusions and the "scientific" methods which go unchecked or are based on very "educated" GUESSES and ASSUMPTIONS.

So what is it? Comfort or Truth?

But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace...For those being blessed by him will themselves possess the earth...The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it."

Why doesn't it say that the meek will inherit heaven? That they will reside forever in it?
