God does not create handicapped people, Mutations do. Genetic mutations. That is like saying if you have children that are handicapped it is your fault. You made them. God does not step in and decide every little thing that is going to happen. He ceated a perfect world, gave man a chance to live in it. Man decide to go his own way and ruin it. God let man have that choice, we are the ones that made the bad choices

God do not will disableness in certain people. We are bound by the chain of cause and effect for each one of our activities be it a vice or virtue. God is just like a postman. He hands over the post to the 'correct address'. His duty ends there. He is not bothered about the content of the post. For some, it may convey good news. For others it may be sad.

the bible addresses this, at least partly, when someone says to a disabled man "you have become disabled because God is angry with you, your disability is punishment for your sin!" then Jesus tells them that this is not true, but rather, God made him disabled so that the good works and glory of God may be seen by healings of the disabled, then I think Jesus healed the man and sent him on his way telling him to thank the Lord for his healing

God is doing no such thing. God does not create in physical terms...we each form our own physicality based on what we feel we need to experience/learn, and what associations we choose to attract, in order to touch others, and find what we seek.
God created the truth of us, as whole, perfect, complete...not in isolated pieces...nor as one big indistinct mass, but as one beloved child. We remain as created.

Is it possible that some children are born disabled, because the parents were on substance abuse? Or were they disabled because of an accident? It is written that the sins of the father will be visited upon the third and fourth generations. so sin has consequences.

Soul with in is same life after life. Recycled in bodies birth after birth.
Soul is nothing but God enveloped in imprints of attachments and desires.
Purpose of life is to experience this truth oneself.
Bondage to the imprints of attachments and desires keep one away from realizing this simple truth.
Miseries of life r nothing but compassion of God to put the soul back on the track which has deviated from the path due to distractions. Miseries help build the required faith again.
Its not due to deeds of this life only but is a outcome of deeds of many previous lives.

The god who is creating disabled people is not our Creator. It is rather his adversary...

Good morning,
God is not "creating" disabled people. Disabilities... the physically obvious ones and ALL others are a result of inherited imperfection. Our original parents Adam & Eve were created perfect and, yes, were intended to live forever. They sinned and brought sickness and eath upon all their offspring. However read Isaiah 32:4. It's a comforting promise that one day here on earth "no resident will say 'I am sick.'"

karma my dear. Dont you read the newspapers? People use thier hands, legs etc for wrong purposes. For eg. a man strangles someone with his hands or does a lot of stealing or rapes a woman by using the force of his hand, or butchers innocent animals. So dont you think he deserves a punishment for that? In his next life God takes away his hands as a punishment for his misdeeds. Similarly another man uses his hands in serving the disabled, diseased or old, in giving charity etc. God rewards him in the next birth by giving him good health, lots of money, caring friends etc. When God punishes us for our misdeeds he does so that we can get rid of the reactions of our sins. its like forced penance. After bearing the result of our bad deed we can come closer to God and to becoming good human beings.(in this life or the next lives)
