Any man has several identities none of which conflict with any other. He can be a father, an employer, a friend, competitor or anything else, so why couldn't God?
However, this question of the Holy Trinity has been considered and discussed in greater depth by Yogi Ramacharaka in two of the chapters in his book "Mystic Christianity" I think they were in the ones titled "The Inner Teachings" and "The Secret Doctrine" and he equated God the Father with the Absolute, or Brahman of Hinduism, Christ with an Incarnation of Divinity like Krishna or Buddha, and the Holy Ghost with the Personal God. As Sri Ramana Maharishi said "Ishvara (the personal God) is Brahman as qualified by Maya (the veiling power of Brahman which results in our perception of the world) They're Ramacharaka's views anyway and they can be read online.
