I could not express my being in spirituality but I can express my thoughts on spiritual being. and nobody can express it in spirituallity.

Well, I try to look on things in a positive light all the time. Because I believe that 'good' and 'bad' are very relative concepts.
I also try to express my gratefulness as often as I can. Because life is an extraordinary adventure, the world is an amazing place and I'm so lucky to be here.
And I try to take time out to enjoy the 'joys' of life. Little things like a hot shower, a sunny day or a decent coffee. There's always something worth celebrating I think.
Do I look at things differently from most people? I guess so. Sad, innit?

My spirituality is expressed in my writing. It's my work. It is what I was born to do.
I do look at things differently than most.
It affects my life by being my life as a teacher, and a student.

I express my spirituality by having an open relationship with Spirit, praying to, talking with and meditatation. I journal also, listening as I write my thoughts and what Spirit's thoughts may be as well.I also enjoy nature walks 3 seasons out of the year. To just be surrounded by nature is such a gift! It is just as important to listen quietly on a hill in the sunlight as it is to be the one speaking. Graditude is one of my main prayers. It affects all aspects of my life, from my Spirtual community, to my work or family. I surround myself with others that can challenge my feelings and help me continue to grow and recieve Spirit's thoughts. and plans for me

i am spiritual 24 hours a day. i am very ill and could die at any second, so i have to be aware of acting correctly.I'm getting more and more lapses in judgment when i am very sick so i have to keep constantly reprogramming my mind ,to be [AWARE] even when i die.
had a bad day to day.
look at things differently?yes most people don't try to expand there auras to 10 million light years across.and chant life force is goddess every day.it very hard to relate to regular people , because i don't give a flip about sports and....county music.[ACK].

Spirituality saves us because who else can help us if we are going psychotic?
It can be expressed by helping others. This means being supportive, not presumptuous. We are essentially helping ourselves by addressing our real vulnerability every time we offer to help somebody else.
Today I was in such a good mood at the kebab shop, I asked the shopkeeper if he was religious and asked him if he thanked God for the food. He said he was and did. It was a good feeling to let that man know that I appreciated his food and shared his faith too.

Through prayer..It affects my life positively and yes things make more sense..i tend to see things differently than others, but that is between me and God..

My spiritualitiy is expressed in my personal behaviors and in my feelings. I take joy in things that I did not before I found my spirit, I meditate, listen to spiritual music and I believe in God by many names.
People can find their spirit is many ways. There are religious people who are filled with spirit. They have chosen to adopt the rules and constraints of their religion and for them it is right. Spirit is faith. And Faith is awesome as it fills you up. Fills your heart and your soul with peace. My personal spirituality practice does not follow any religious order, but instead I have adopted bits and pieces of several philosophies and exercises useful to allow Spirit.

I don't know what you mean by "express it" but I'm really into astrology and it has made my view of the world very different from other peoples views.
