being gay, adultery, blah, blah blah...Do you really know what it says? Or have you just accepted what you have been told to believe? Have you really went to God in prayer about these issues? Have you asked for God's guidance, revelation, etc...?
Have you studied the original texts? How can you speak so pointedly about so many issues, without being a theologian yourself?
That is like saying, I know what an artichoke tastes like...but, you have never tried one...you base your opinion on what someone has told you.
I challenge you not to be so quick to judge and make broad reaching conclusions without really seeking God's enlightment.
Just because your pastor or church says this is the way it is....does not mean they are right. Again, I bring up the issue of slavery...many mainline churches, (Southern Baptists) preached from the pulpits that it was ordained by God...now people finally realize...yeah, maybe they were wrong.
Don't blindly follow doctrine or people...
