Hell is only in the mind of man. God can only create love. Mortal man creates all the bad in the world. Besides, the Globe "warms" and "cools" on it's own, anyone who took 1st year geology knows this.

From my reading of the Bible there is a distinction between Hell (a holding cell for those who have already been judged or also called Abyss or outer darkness were there is gnashing of teeth) and the lake of fire where those who have sinned will be burn as a sentence for their sins.
