From all the evil I see in the world every day, I'll be glad if death is just nothingness, becuase then I won't have to worry about hot the world is going to hell (so to speak).
It is hard to cope with these things, but I find turning to friends and family, seeing a counselor, or just having a good cry helps.

Suppose you're at the beach and you make a nice big fancy sandcastle, complete with moat and turrets and so on. Later, the tide comes in and washes it all away - the sand gets spread around the beach and all trace of your sandcastle disappears.
Where did it go? Well, clearly the castle didn't 'go' anywhere as such - it was a temporary arrangement of grains of sand that went to make up something recognisable to us, and when the sea washed it away, it simply ceased to exist. Another day, someone else might come along and make another castle using some of the same sand that went into your castle, but the one you made is gone and can never exist again.
This is how it is with human beings - we are recognisable to ourselves and others as living organisms, but fundamentally we are temporary constructions of atoms and molecules and will one day simply cease to exist. Just as the sandcastle consists solely of the sand from which it is made, so human beings consist solely of the atoms and molecules of which they are made. When we die, our bodies will be returned to the environment to be incorporated into new living organisms, or to fall as rain, or to make the bedrock of a million years from now. We are ephemeral creatures, a brief pattern of order and complexity imposed on the raw material of the natural world. We should make the most of it, for this is all there is.
I cope with stress by trying to limit it in the first place and defuse it when it does occur. Family issues, marriage etc. - same as anyone.

There is no need for concern with what may happen after death. The body dies, and that is the end.
Coping with stress and other life complications is something we all do, or at least try to do. There is no need to add fictional characters and fairy tales to the mix of life's already complicated problems. Learn to cope by trial and error, meditation, stress managment techniques...

I never totally understand this one. My pantheon isn't the same as the Christian God, Satan etc etc and somehow this gets equated with no belief.
No, I'm not concerned what happens after death. It's all a part of the plan and I'll take things as they come.
As for day to day stresses, I find that logic, compassion, empathy, and sarcasm are great ways of dealing with the day-to-day-ness of life.

This questions makes me think you don't know how to do anything.
I don't cope with stress I correct it. Find the cause and stop it.
I deal with family issues using logic. Marriage is a farce, it's only purpose in my mind is a tax break. I can love someone and spend my entire life with them, I don't need a legally binding agreement to do that.

People who do not believe that hell exists generally aren't concerned that they will end up there. How can anyone go to a non existent place?
As for stress, etc, reasonable answers and actions can usually be found.

The question for me has always been what is the truth. It is rather bleak, understanding that there is probably no after life. I do not have the comfort of your faith, and do have to rely on my own strength to make it through the day. It is hard sometimes.
It need not be a consolation, to be the truth.

I believe you should live your life and try to make the world a better place for your being in it, whether or not you believe in God. If there is no God, you have lost nothing and will be remembered fondly by those you left behind. If there is a benevolent God, he will judge you on your merits and not just on whether or not you believed in him.
