I'll tell you my story if you tell me yours.

Oh, and do you ever get told you weren't a "real" Christian because of the fact that you changed your mind? Lol, I get that all the time.

Oh- please be specific, instead of just "I realized the truth, that there is no God" or something like that. What led to your decision to put Christianity behind you?

Are you happier now? Are you an Atheist, Agnostic, or have you found a new belief?

Lots of people were crucified.
Lots of people have been beaten to death and they've done this for other people.
Of course, they also did it knowing they were only human and didn't know for sure if anything lay beyond death.
If Jesus was god/son of god he wasn't really sacrificing anything. He knew he'd be up and around in just a few days.
Honestly, what's the big deal?

To atheists, i dont need your witty sarcasm nor your advise to give up, in fact i've never seen more than 20 kind atheists's reply in yahoo's Q&A before, so let your kind insults be heard elsewhere, not here, thanks a lot.

I've been a christian for nearly a year. it's Easter today.

For His sake, i suffered what i need not have suffered. I neglected my friends gradually because of cell group meeting and services, i caused my family members to be extremely upset with my decision, and i sacrificed my time, money when i need not have at all.

I gave, though not a lot to others but a lot to me, i sacrificed, my relationship with my family and friends were strained.

Where is the Lord when i needed Him most? When i am sick, when i am sad, when i needed His grace to carry me through, when i needed help, financially, physically, and spiritually.

Till now, my life has no purpose, and i've not felt Him in my prayers except when praying with others. Why? Am i not sincere enough?

Do you do religous things on Easter; things like pray, thanking God, and reading the Bible? There are those of us who cannot attend church but do honor the day as God wants. For those who honor Christ, will you honor Easter as it should be honored?

I think he's the highest ranking angel. Where can I read more about him in the bible? Why do I see him steping on Lucifer? Did he beat him up? What do you think of him?

Who's your favorite angel?

I think we focus too much on God's mercy, and i honestly believe he's an almighty god who we should fear and love. I just think god is going to hold us more accountable for our life than we think, anyone have anything to add to this?

So, do creationists just kind of believe that god just made the earth all at once? I mean, literally 7 days?

Well if you believe the bible and take what it says to the heart then God is just as bad as Nazis. In the book of Genesis God killed countless people because in his eyes they were evil. Now lets fast forward to World War 2 the Nazis killed countless people because in there eyes they were evil. So why do you hate Nazis and not God for what they have done?

If they simply allow Christ into their hearts, these people will probably go to heaven. There is nothing to be afraid of there. I know you are all afraid of death because you think you'll just be rotting in dirt and that may be true but it may also be ttrue that you will go to Hell which will be far worse. On this day of Ressurection, I would like to invite all of you to partake of Christ our Lord and join us in our chruch services. It never hurts to try. Satan tells you not to come and you can show him he can't control you by coming anyway. You are not forced to beleive, just to join in the celebration of the Lord's Ressureciton.

God bless you all. Glory to his Name on High

Why don't I hear of Creationists doing everything they can to restore it to it's divine state?

I know there is a Christian group that are environmentalists, but you would think that every Christian, especially Creationists would devote a significant part of their lives to green energy, preserving forrests and natural habitats, convincing people to go biodiesil, animal rights, etc.

I mean, the Bible says we are supposed to be stewerds of the land right? But it doesn't seem like most Creationists, who obviously take Genesis literally, take that part literally.

Do you understand the cruelty your industry cattle are treated with so that you can have a steak? You have the power to change that, especially with your numbers.

Do you realize that our "Christian" president has been trying his whole time in office to drill in the Alaskan Wildlife preserve, ruining habitats for gasoline?

Honestly, why aren't you better stewards of the land? The land, and the animals need you.
