Daniel 12:2, John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15
These seem to contradict the idea that everybody goes directly 2 heaven or hell after death. Actually, it seems more like the dead stay dead and in the grave/tomb.

Live as if there are no gods, enjoy life, and be a decent person. If there is indeed a just god, you will be rewarded. If there are no gods, you had a worthwhile life and that's the end of it. If there is an unjust god, then you're probably screwed anyway, whatever you do.

i live in Europe and it is fact that in here christian culture has existed for longer time than in the U.S.
In here no christian would really believe Adam and Eve story to be true, they say it is a fable to explain god´s powers but no one really believes it to be historically accurate.
In here christians dont open the bible at random and take the first passage that meet their eye as a divine answer to their prayers...All this is a thing of the past, old christians believed that...so is it not possible that christianity in the u.s is now in the same stage as christianity in 17th century Europe???

Christians, you say that the unbelievers burn in hell for eternity, but what happens when you get used to it? torment is relative, you have to relate it to something else in order to know if it`s good or bad... you say that you relate it to your earthly memories but the eternity is pretty long so you`ll just lose the relativism between good and bad... it`ll be just normal for you so then you won`t feel no more pain...what happens then?

I don't get it. Life's not always bad, although it can get ugly, and sometimes people kill themselves over pretty stupid things.
Like this kid:
Mitchell Henderson
According to his friends, he was "an real hero" to kill himself over a minor bullying incident, and a stolen iPod.

Do people commit suicide out of a void in materialism, or a void in spirituality?

Does god explain life to people after we die and do we not get a second chance or do we just walk around like chickens with our heads cutt off and not using our brain and questioning anything

Considering all the riches collected by religious organizations around the world, is there any incentives for them to change their message given to the masses after 2,000 years. In other words, what reason would they want to tell the masses any other message?

One day she woke up, and she could write, and do everything normal again!! do you think it was the Pope, or a coinscidence... or do you think he should be a saint?
