i live in Europe and it is fact that in here christian culture has existed for longer time than in the U.S.
In here no christian would really believe Adam and Eve story to be true, they say it is a fable to explain god´s powers but no one really believes it to be historically accurate.
In here christians dont open the bible at random and take the first passage that meet their eye as a divine answer to their prayers...All this is a thing of the past, old christians believed that...so is it not possible that christianity in the u.s is now in the same stage as christianity in 17th century Europe???

The sad part of your story is that you picture the 'christians' who failed to believe in Jesus. If you check Jesus's genealogy in Luke chapter 3 you will see that he is a descendent of Adam. The point is: Is it possible that so few people take the bible for what it really is? Both in Europe, Oriental Countries and Western Countries, people have tried all kinds of beliefs except the simple belief in the Bible as God´s word. Don´t just open the bible in any part, but instead read it. Especially from Matthew on, it helps us understand our life. Jehovah´s Witnesses will be glad to help you answer the questions you have. Please, talk to them. It will mean life to you.

It could very well be, but not in the sense that you mean it.

2 Timothy 4:1 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.

3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

Jesus Himself quotes this passage from Genesis 2.

Matthew 19:4 He answered, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh'?

Yes, well for me. Once you have been to the place where God had you in His presence, there's nothing else that will matter. You will know that God is real.

You have to stay in prayer and in word.
