Jerry Falwell has massive support in Virginia, where he founded Liberty University and has plans for a law school to teach Evangelicals to overturn laws that go against doctrine.

If you're not a born-again Christian, you're a failure as a human being.
-- Rev Jerry Falwell

I sincerely believe that the collective efforts of many secularists during the past generation, resulting in the expulsion from our schools and from the public square, has left us vulnerable.
-- Jerry Falwell)

AIDS is not just God's punishment for homosexuals; it is God's punishment for the society that tolerates homosexuals.
-- Jerry Falwell

The idea that religion and politics don't mix was invented by the Devil to keep Christians from running their own country.
-- Rev Jerry Falwell, Sermon, July 4, 1976

What do you think of these quotes? Do they reflect the views of evangelicals? Why do so many people support him?

Would a christian be accepted turning to buddhism? Would I feel out of place in a temple?

Also, can I just show up at a temple and say "teach me about buddhism"? or is there some other way I have to do to learn more about turning to buddhism?

Ok, there are some things about God and religion that I can't explain. I accept it.
Now, I want to know your opinion about medical miracles. We all have heard of at least one miracle before, like a person who had cancer and now is healthy and things like that, where there are doctors and other scientist that can't explain what happened. What Do you think? Can you explain it? or are you humble enough to admit that -like me- you dont know it all?

Has anyone been through a divorce? I love my husband and and he loves me so much, but in our circumstances, we cannot be married anymore. I cannot think to marry anyone else, and he is my soulmate and I am hurt so bad. How can I get through this? His other wife gave him a choice between the 2 of us, and if he picks me, she will take his kids away. She knows he loves me more than he loves her, thats why she is jealous, and she holds his kids like a pawn to get her way. We do not have children together, we have been trying since we married over a year ago without success. He never chose to marry her, but was pressured by his family. We met and loved eachother at first sight. I love him so much and he does love me too, how can we fix this? Atleast, how can I get through this without dying from a broken heart. I never wish for him to lose his kids, but I never wish to lose him either.

In Job the first chapter it tells about Satan gathering with the other angels in Heaven before God. I revelation it says that at the end of his rule on earth he will be cast down to mislead ALL THE INHABITED EARTH. Not back in the begining of time.

John 6:16-27

And Jesus said "Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek me not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves. To not labour for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life which the Son of man will gige to you, for on him has God the Father set his seal"

My sister wanted me to ask this question. Quite frankly, neither she nor I have done anything special for our country. I am a disabled Vietnam veteral, but that certainly didn't seem very special. It was simply my career choice.

If you have done anything for your country, please give me something to tell my sister.
