if the "state" makes a law about something and u still do it because they wont catch u or whatever.....they cant do anything...but if they try to use religion and tell u god will punish u for the same **** they cant , than u might give in cuase ur weak and dont want to be punished for eternity......im on to u ..... watch out

This might be true if we had a theocracy like
+ Ancient Rome where Caesar was a God
+ Some countries where Islamic religious law is also civil law

But not in most modern countries where there is a separation of Church and State.

The United States government cannot make a law and then convince every religious organization in the country to make it a sin to break the law.

However democracies may work the other way around. The laws of a democracy mirror the beliefs of its citizens. If the religious belief of a majority of the citizens believe that human sacrifice is a sin then there will soon be a law against it.

Well yes and no...
It is a way to steer society but it is from Allah not from us. and this is why Islam came.. it came in order to manage the life of human kind on this earth... and who will know what is better for all people except the one who created them and knows all there needs.
Islam does steer commity by Allahs rules in order to reach the best for all human kind
