Well if you chose to believe in God then you'd probably make the choice to live by God's teaching, which would mean reading the Bible, joining a church, etc. I'm agnostic also, but I don't claim that I know no God exists.

It is absolutely not illogical to believe in God. Many things in our lives take faith, even those related to science. We take faith in the fact that we exist as we think we do, when that's really not proveable. For example. The only, absolute thing any one person knows is that they exist. Everything else requires faith in their perception. For example, you see and hear your best friend, but they could be a figmint of your imagination. You have faith that your eyes/ears arn't lying to you. We really don't know much, we just have faith in what we've been told and what we've discovered ourselves.

Science will never be able to disprove the existance of God. In fact, recent scientists have actually made a better case for God's existance. I believe there was a team of scientist who were able to create matter out of nothing.

Regardless of whether or not you believe in God, you should still live life as best as you know and just believe what makes the most sense to you. That's pretty much all you can do.

Choose whether you want to believe in God or not...

then if you decide you do believe... read some sort of Scriptures. like the Bible, Book of Mormon Qu'ran (spelling?) and work out makes more sense to you, just remember though that if you read the Book of Mormon, you'll have to read the Bible to make sure you understand what they say in it.

Then you can look up the websites of different Religions, and look at their beliefs, then choose which one makes most sense to you

sorry overloaded you with ideas... my bad.... *blushes*, when I re-read what I had already written it made it sound like I'm forcing you into religions, I'm not, honestly....

It wouldnt matter. I refuse to live my life out of fear. I am a good person because I like being good. Its enough. If it wasn't enough for God, well, I am sorry, but I can't imagine spending eternity with someone like that.

Just go on with your life. If he/she later decides to show up the that's great. If not then no big deal.

Already we have no grounds for debate since I cannot assume such an illogical thing from my perspective. I'm not being nasty, just serious.
