Heaven is a metaphor for, in Islamic and Christian theology, the unification of "the redeemed" with God. As such [I am taking your question seriously; that may be a mistake] it is not truly a place with characteristics.
Though most of the time, it has been traditionally thought of in "the streets of gold" model, in a minority opinion, it is the New Jerusalem on Earth described at the end of the Revelation to John. In mystical traditions, it is our complete union with the Godhead.
Regardless, the unification with God is considered to be a state of perfect bliss and fulfillment, so, using the standard paradigm, if having blackjack, whisky, and football would be your ultimate fulfillment, sure, why not? I would merely ask you to meditate on whether this is real or transitional happiness.

Football, since many players surely will be saved, but whiskey and blackjack not so much.

I'm sure we'll all be amazed how different we feel about everything without these bodies, with all their needs and desires, hormones and moods. I can't imagine anyone minding blackjack, whiskey and football as long as I'm out of earshot, but I doubt if you'd find them interesting anymore.
But who knows? It fine by me.
