I think that the belief in a rapture affects peoples views on global warming, despite scientific evidence.

Is this why so many people in the USA aren't concerned about green living?

May I respectfully disagree with you? And honestly, do you really want a bunch of pagan public school teachers leading your children in prayers to false gods?

Who are the top three people who have inspired you in life changing ways? For me, number one, is my friend Susan. She died October 16th from brain cancer, but in her living years pushed me to go to college since I was 16. She pushed me and pushed me and kept getting on my back about it, until I finally went. I graduated December 21st with an Associate's Degree in Travel.

Second person is my mother. She didnt have it easy, but she still managed to raise three children, get her college degree, and is currently continuing her education. She has been in the same field for 15 years now and inspires me to keep going.

Third person is the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He served himself his own meals, cleaned his own mess up, helped with the daily chores, treated his wives with respect and dignity, and took the side of women in most cases in disputes which inspired me to fight for women's rights. I have decided that as soon as my son is 5 (4 more years) I will go into helping women.U?

Many times I have felt the ghost of rape stalking me since i was a victim of it.. It trys to get on me again. I escape it and at times it tries to return. it makes me feel bi-sexual because of hating men.I shake it off though and the normal thing returns.. Anyone have any ideas of how to escape ? I have gotten past the personal blame thing so I am good with that.

Why build these huge churches?! why build these REALLY nice churches that you don't need, i mean its the idea of church that really counts right. Then WHY the big churches?! I mean seriously why not donate to idk, good causes like helping illiminate aids in africa or someting along the lines? but i mean just to double the size of your church?! i understand if it has grown in population, but otherwise makes me mad. God said in the bible he did NOT want monuments, statues nor anything along the lines, he just wanted the belief of his children!

I have always wondered if people who are forced into becoming strippers (I won't go as far as prostitution) especially young students who need to pay for school, or if their family is really poor, and they are the only supporters, would it be immoral to obtain a livelihood through this way? As it is known, one night of stripping can pay a lot more than the average minimum wage jobs, and someone who is doing other jobs on the side, or going to school can only easily do that. (Plus you're not forced to sleep with people) Sometimes there maybe be no other option. So, my questions are: is it immoral, what would god say about that predicament, and are these people going to hell??

Do you feel that religion should dictate employment parameters? Should employees be able to dictate how they act on their job based on their religion, if it infringes on their employer's ability to make money? Why or why not?

I realize that similar questions have been posted, but it did not answer the question I was looking for. There obviously is evidence out there for a Creator. Yes I know, not only the Bible, but scientifically also. But is there proof that the Almighty is not dead, and there indeed is a heavenly land, a life after death(which is an oxymoron mind you), or perhaps a soul. Scientists, Preachers, feel free to answer your own way. Don't flame each other, we've come here to make peace, and talk reasonably as men. Yes, I am agnostic, but don't let these stereotypes blacken your eyes. Open your minds, don't be fools, if you decide to say something stupid, then just leave it alone and stay quiet. I am willing to open my mind and talk further on this topic. Thanks.

I've done some preliminary research on the religion of Wicca, and was wondering if it was really right for me. I've found that most of the beliefs coincide with mine already- such as god(dess) being within and without, harmony, reincarnation, balanace, and nature worship; yet I'm skeptical about spell-casting. It seems as though the majority of spell-casting is our own free will. Would this affect my faith at all?

Since he was all about tolerance and love I'm sure he'd approve of gay unions. Don't you agree? I'm sure he never said anything against it, so he's surely cool with it.

...begin timing yourself right now. How many of the ten commandments can you name in the next three minutes?

I predict that the number of responses to this question will be low.
