Since he was all about tolerance and love I'm sure he'd approve of gay unions. Don't you agree? I'm sure he never said anything against it, so he's surely cool with it.

You cannot be sure Jesus never said anything about it when it is clearly stated in the book of Romans that homosexuality is wrong in the eyes of God. Jesus loves them just as they are, but refuses to keep them that way. He would tell that person to "sin no more", like He did the prostitute. Jesus does not go against The Word of God ever! So, no, He wouldn't be cool with it, but He would lovingly tell them to turn from this sin and turn to Him for strength to overcome it!!

Scripturally speaking he wouldn't have been "all right with gays." That doesn't mean he wouldn't be tolerant. The Jesus that is spoken of in the Bible was one who kept the Jewish law holy. He was not one at all to disagree with one letter of the Torah. However, he preached a style of peace and acceptance of the world as it were. He did not believe it was man's purpose to judge his fellow. He believed that right belonged only to god.

In short, he would have believed that homosexuality was a sin and an abomination unto the lord, but he would not have cast judgment on individual practitioners, knowing it was not his place to do so.

King David wasn't gay He replaced right into a guy after Gods very own coronary heart. Christians have confidence it particularly is misguided n particular it particularly is misguided bc God says it particularly is misguided God on no account ordained a guy to be with a guy n nor woman n woman it is deception i too previously the certainty shine in my existence replaced into deceived, perplexed, and certain. yet Jesus got here to set us unfastened He needs us unfastened He loves us a lot He gave His existence we've been all born into sin bc of what Adam did yet God needs us unfastened. while we have confidence what Jesus did that skill of sin is broken then Jesus starts a paintings in our lives

Jesus was a friend of sinners. Extortioners, prostitutes, thugs and thiefs. However his divine and holy influence caused them to see their sins. Jesus is the Creator..God Incarnate..The Word made flesh and dwelt among us. He created male and female and marriage is defined as such. God loves sinners however hates the sins they do. He desires all to come into a knowledge of the truth. He desires to help those trapped in unnatural fornication and adultery to be set free. God is not pleased with the behaviour of Christians who show hatred toward certain groups such as gays. However make no mistake that the God is desperately trying to save sinners of from the wrath the must come from the result of disobedience to his will and his expressed Word. Help is available for all...non-judgmental loving help is found at the foot of the cross.

i personally am fine with gay people. ive always had gay friends and it doesn't bother me a bit.

Jesus on the other, does love and have tolerance. but he is the Lord's son and the Bible reads that man is not to lay with another man. Jesus is a good man but I don't think he would be alright with gay ppl

I believe He would have been cool with gays, however, He would have pointed out Romans 1:26 "Even the women abandoned the way of natural sex and instead indulge in sex with each other." and Leviticus 20:13 ".....if a man have sex with another man as with a woman both men have committed a detestable act. They must be both put to death......"

Jesus Christ preached acceptance of others. He did not always approve of their actions. Remember the prostitute? He told her to go and sin no more.

How can homosexuality be alright, yet you are not to commit adultery?

Yes! If you believe that Jesus is God of Love then he will not have any problems with it, despite what others may think. Jesus stood for Love and Understanding. If you know of any person who really loves, then exponentially multiply that then you have Jesus. How can he then not love anyone?

Sorry, but I don't need to read your blog to "widen my experience". The Bible has already done that for me.

I know for a fact Jesus would be against gay unions and here's why:

First, Jesus doesn't contradict the Word of God. And the Word of God clearly condemns the ACT of homosexuality (I Corinthians 6:9).

Secondly, just as He did with the adultress woman that came running to him, He said, "go and sin no more". Certainly He would say the same to the homosexual (John 8:10-12).

Let me be very clear. We as Christians should love the sinner but hate the sin. As Christians, we do not accept or tolerate homosexuality as a "normal" lifestyle. It is immoral and sinful, and has been for thousands of years. For me, this doesn't mean I don't befriend gays. In fact, I have several who are gay. I just don't accept their lifestyle. Just as I don't accept a heterosexual who is engaging in an adultress affair.

JESUS is not tolerant of sin, so no he would not be tolerant of homosexuality just because some people are. The BIBLE is truth and the truth is homosexuality is a sin.
