Genesis 3:4 -5
Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened

Confirmed as true in Genesis 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened
NOTE: GOD SAID Genesis 2:17 for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
NOTE 2 Both God and Satan said IN THE DAY not after you do this one day this will happen!

Statement 2 by Satan Genesis 3:5 and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
This TOO was confirmed true in
Genesis 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
NOTE God was afraid they would eat of the tree of Life and live forever. Proving they had not been immortal!
Further proof that this was true.
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
QUOTED FROM
Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods

It is an oxymoron. Aetheists should have their own category and have nothing to do with Religion and Spirituality. If they don't believe in God and things they can't see, why do they frequent in a place with people who do and are seeking answers according to their beliefs? Shouldn't they be talking amongst themselves in a separate place with people who agree with them? Like how their toaster evolved into a hair dryer?

How come everyone I talk to who has strong Christian beliefs wants to tell me (an undecided individual) that I am going to hell or that I will have to pull a miracle on judgement day. Wouldn't a good christian try to steer me to the light? Telling me about some fate I will have isn't very constructive.

As of now (I'm 18) I am doubting the existence of God. I am not an aetheist, but find many flaws in the theory of an all-powerful god. I have lived a fairly Christain life (by choice not by belief) thus far and intend to stick to my values for the rest of my life. If I were to all of a sudden have an epiphany or come to God in a big way, could i still get a shiny ticket to heaven?

If the bible is supposed to be taken metaphorically, which is how I believe most interpret it, isn't the figure of God a metaphor as well? Couldn't that figure just represent the faith in your course and actions in life and a belief that everything will work out? That makes sense to me.

I do not care what BS dogma the church teaches but I want to see it written in your bible that this was the original sin!
After all if the bible is the Perfect word of God then you shouldn't have to twist or add to what is written in it!
After all doesn't it say something about taking away or adding to the bible? Interesting!

Just think its odd whenever you see a picture of Jesus he looks like a white caucasion to me. How can that be, considering the entire story of the bible. Same with the Virgin Mary. Its strange in my opinion how so many people believe in God and jesus. It's like a fairy tale story, a lot like Santa Clause in my opinion, presents=prayers. Also I have a question for a Christians out there....Do you believe in fate? In the bible it says that God knows how we are going to turn out and if we go to heaven or hell, yet it also says we choose our destiny. If he knows what is going to happen it us, how can we possibly change it? Just for the record, I grew up christian and always believed in God. Lately I have changed my stance on it, I Don't believe in God, yet I don't disprove of God. Kind of agnostic.

"The first genocide of the 20th Century occurred when two million Armenians living in Turkey were eliminated from their historic homeland...The despotic Sultan responded to their pleas with brutal persecutions." http://www.historyplace.com/worldhistory/genocide/armenians.htm

The Armenians were citzens of Turkey, but the majority Muslims slaughtered the entire lot...clean! Some historians believe that this early 1900's genocide gave Hitler his idea. Hitler did refer to it and noticed how this Islamic genocide happened with little consequence.

Hitler however didnt factor in the differences in cultue. Any horror imaginable can happen within Islam cultures without any media backlash or moral misgivings. Islamic morality entirely supports this as a duty. Furthermore, theres no transparency in Islamic cultures, so even the few Muslims who might object to the slaughter of Armenians would be unable to bring it to print.

Who would you choose to be? What would you do? Don't give me crap about how God is the one true God and you would never DREAM of taking his place, and don't give me crap about how you don't believe in God or Satan.

This question is just for fun, to see how different everybody's answers are. I guess its just a way for me to pick people's brains. So live a little, and answer my question. It'll only take a few minutes and hey, you'll get two points! The rules? There are no rules. Bwahahaha...

That would mean Jesus is a fake and wanted the glory
(in the cases where Jesus "seems" subordinate to GOD, read the whole passages and you will see he was using himself "the son" as an example for us.)
