The Bible says that the 'World' is stationary, immovable, and the sun and moon are lights in the sky that will come crashing to the ground in the final days.

So why doesn't NASA use this information? Or would that just lead to more dead astronauts when they miss the Space Station, miscalculate the reentry velocity and splat themselves all over the atmosphere?

Funny how Christians criticize science, but when it actually matters, no one, and I mean NO ONE actually follows the Bible's world view instead of the accepted scientific model.

Well, if they do, they're the people we hear about on the nightly news.

Would learning about evolution and Biology help you to convert them?

this isn't a joke or anything, just a theory.

if Adam and Eve started our species, then that means we are descendants of them, they are everyone's great great great great...grandparents.
so in this, does this mean that we are all inbreds?
and could the fact that actual inbred children are born with birth defects disprove creationism?
in other words, if Adam and Eve were truly our ancestors, wouldn't we all be born with birth defects?

This could also be stated as "Does Pro-Life mean eventual mass DEATH? Now I am 46 and have never married because "almost" every girl I ever met wanted just one thing. A Baby! OK, that's all fine and dandy-it is a natural desire for a woman to want to bring new life into the world and to have the joys of being a mother. So now the world is filled with 7 billion women, whom if the whole world converted to Christianity would be instructed by their religious manuscript to be fruitful. Scientifically, if one takes an assortment of living organisms and places them into an evironment of sustenace they will thrive until the resources for survival dwindle and then are depleted and then DEATH occurs. In seeing the results of world over population and the devestation and disastor that it is causing (try to deny that and I personally will tell you that YOU are THE PROBLEM); how is mankind going to find a continuum for existance? This instruction from the bible is a source of BAD ADVICE 2day!

As you say you have no God, then the question is, Where does you belief come from?
If you don't believe in any God/Gods. then where does your belief come from? Does it come from within your own belief, or does it come from somewhere else? your belief had to exist from somewhere, or else you would not have any belief in what you believe to be true.
As for this being a stupid question, it only stupid to those who don't understand the question. As for my IQ. it does not concern me. I am simply asking common sense questions. And anyone with common sense, would understand what i ask.
As for you non believers, why are you trying so hard to convinve, others of your belief?
I'm not asking anyone to believe what i say. I'm simply asking a question. And what makes you right and them wrong?

How can we eliminate people who do fraud in the name of God ? Its easy to identify people who cheat for money or many other reasons. But exploitation in the name of God is a shame ! We need Government's 100% involvement in this.

Has anyone heard of humans being born with tails? I heard this phenomenon happens when ancestrial traits suddenly reappear after thousands, even millions of years. Do you believe this somehow proves or bolsters the case for evolution? I think this challenges the creationist idea that every living species emerged in its present form.

Atheists and others like them don't group their belief system/s under "religion," but others do call them a type of religion.

Do you think religion means just your beliefs, just your way of living, your structured belief system AND way of living that includes things like church (or temples, or mosques, etc.), a holy book (Bible, Qu'ran, etc.), and other things common to most religions?

I'd like to hear your ORIGINAL, THOUGHTFUL, RESPECTFUL, INTELLIGENT answers. Thanks.

G.B.

When a legit ghost is seen, people won't believe you, nor believe in them, in my opinion, because of the ghosts/spirits that are fictionalized.
