The statistics in Europe are lower on all 3 of these issues, despite the practice of religion being much lower. Violent crime is also lower. Most people here seem to think religion is where people get their morals, but this seems to say otherwise. What do you think?

The Souce of Life is WHOLE, (HOLY), COMPLETE. It is not until
the Lifeforce leaves the Source, that is breaks down into what we
understand as the Masculine and Feminine.
The Feminine starts at the Source and flows to us. The Masculine
from us, back to the Source. At our very solid dimensional level, the Lifeforce gets very complicated. The spiritual/magnetic
forces constantly pushing and pulling. Which is why they are often
referred to as "waters".
The Masculine starts within the Earth, and flows out. The Feminine coming from outside, to Earth. The Masculine starts in the center of the Solar System, the Sun, and flows out. The Feminine from outside the solar sytem to the center.
Though we take on certain dominant traits as males and females, the spirit within is made of both the the Masculine and Feminine aspects of the Lifeforce, and we can learn to use both aspects. Take control when necessary. And give in a little for the ones we Love.

I see so many people posting questions that anyone with any bit of an education would know about. Like Islam doesn’t not teach terrorism or suicide bombings or child molesting. Show me one Verse in the Quran without twisting the translation without knowing the history, allot of ties a verse will be referring to a time in Islam that does not apply to today. O and by the way Islam doesn’t not teach circumcising girls, that is cultural beliefs not Islam ones.

I have been baptized and have made my First Communion in the Episcopal Church. However, I have never made my Confirmation. My sister is baptizing her daughter in a Catholic Church. The Godfather is a confirmed Catholic. Can I still be a Godmother?

There might be certain things taught in religion that are in contradiction with your beliefs; in these circumstances should you against them and follow your religion or should you question your faith?

My parents did not push any religion on me, as a child or otherwise. I think my father was an atheist and my mother was a
Christian with no particular practicing denomination. I have tried to place myself in the mist of many different Christian denominations and have felt out of place in a practicing church. I do believe in a higher power, being, God. I do believe that there was a man named Jesus. I question from time to time the importance of this man's life on Earth. I question the accuracy of the holy bible, scriptures. With all these questions, I still believe. In a world full of hate, sorrow, distrust, deception, etc. I would find it useless to live without my belief/faith.

In terms of gay marriage or the origin of the world. If so, then do you think slavery is acceptable and it is a sin to eat shellfish? I am curious to know if there is anyone who takes the bible literally as a whole. I know many people claim to take the bible literally but certainly don't think eating shellfish is a sin or that a child should be killed for disobeying their parents.

Seriously, how many people have been killed all in the name of "god"? Mind you, i am not talking about being spiritual, im talking about organized religion and how it seems to manipulate the masses for the benefit of the few...

Didn't the Christ teach we all make mistakes, so noone has the right to say anything about anyone else? Is not Forgiveness the Key to overcoming all the Karma, and freeing ourselves from this World?

I have a problem with this in two ways.
1. Freedom isn't free. There are always people waiting in the wings to take away your freedom. Why shouldn't JW shoulder their fair share of the burden?
2. Jesus said Render onto God that which is God's and render onto Caesar that which is Caesar's indicating the people should uphold the government of their country and sometimes that includes military service.

Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

If salvation is a gift, then why do so many preach that you must stop sinning to be saved?
