Pardon me, but MOST people wish to marry VIRGINS (unless the person you're marrying was married before or something)!!!!!!!!!! Women as well as men. Besides, EACH religion teaches its followers to remain virgin until marriage. What's wrong with wanting to marry virgins???

Muslims are not obsessed with virgins. It's a more cultural concept. About Islam and virginity, a virgin man was a advised to marry a virgin woman no obsession about, It's just to be experienced wise.

I was researching this yesterday. Some believe that this is often misinterpreted. When it refers to heaven in the Qur'an in talks about men being rewarded with virgins, but Muhammad referred many times to the faithful be reward with their wives being renewed. And that all will be restored to their youth, meaning that all will be virgins once again.

(houri = a maiden of brains and beauty) Remember Mohammed was married to a business woman ten years older than himself and he pleased her. Think about this next time you see an older business woman. Yes, it sure is. I think that their fragile egos can't stand the though of someone having been there before them and that they might be compared. In addition, women mean nothing to those men anyway. I mean, how are you going to tell your wife "honey, I'm going out to kill a bunch of people so I can have 72 virgins." I'd be so insulted he wouldn't have time to blow himself up.

however where will Allaha procure 72 virgins for every man ?

If every man were to get 72 virgins then you would have plenty of unsatisfied virgins ....... i mean even if the man hade sex twice a day (which is not possible nor enjoyable if done with such regularity) , then each virgin would get her turn less than once a month.

Also the female : male ratio would have to be 98% : 2 % .......... at the moment its more like 50% : 50%
