As of now (I'm 18) I am doubting the existence of God. I am not an aetheist, but find many flaws in the theory of an all-powerful god. I have lived a fairly Christain life (by choice not by belief) thus far and intend to stick to my values for the rest of my life. If I were to all of a sudden have an epiphany or come to God in a big way, could i still get a shiny ticket to heaven?

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)

God has no problem with you doubting His existence. He gave us a brain to use, but something more, a soul to search and look beyond what the brain cannot fathom. The Bible warns not to put off asking for His redemption. Time tends to harden hearts, not soften. But He also made a promise that if you seek, you will find. If you want to change your theory of an all-powerful God to the fact of an all-powerful God, I can point you to some good resources. As for your time limit. You have from now to the day of your death.

A few clarifications. First, living like a Christian does not make you a Christian. You may be a good person, and that is good, but salvation cannot be bought by good works. It is a free gift. So if you are a man of good values, then I applaude you. But just remember that salvation by grace and good works are two different things. FYI

All you need to do is accept that Jesus died for your sins, and you must also repent of your sins. It really is that simple, as long as it is an honest confession of faith and repentance. Many religions wrongly teach you must also do works to obtain salvation. They have it backwards. Ephesians 2 :8,9 says salvation is a GIFT from God, all you need to do is accept it. You cannot EARN a gift. It's AFTER one becomes saved that God EXPECTS good works so one shows the world that Christ really lives in them.

As long as you are trying to seek Truth, you are on the right path. It is normal to doubt and question. A HUGE part of growing in Faith is discernment. Part of that might come out as questioning the existance of God.

Better to be discerning than to be complacent.

If you want undeniable proof of who He is, just experience Him! All of the believers in the upper room had their experience that was undeniable!! Just follow what is written in Acts 2:38 and when you speak in that unknown language, you will be able to say that God caused a Miracle in your life. I would suggest that you find a church that believes in the whole Bible!! He is waiting on you!!

You are confused. Not believing in God but living a christian life makes no sense.

There always is time for salvation. God wanted us to come to him of free will and the he would let us be with him in the end.

Thats not for me to judge, only God can judge. Only God can know what is in your heart. And only you can decide which path you will take in life. The path to life or the path to death, your choice
