Speaking in tongues as it happened in the bible doesn't happen anymore. There was a specific reason it happened the few times that it did back then. There is no reason for God to cause it to happen anymore. People of any language now have access to God's word. People who claim to be doing it with God's help/blessing/permission or whatever are false. Besides, if speaking in tongues as miraculously granted by God was still done in our time, you wouldn't be able to "learn" to do it. However, you can learn how to falsely do it, I suppose...

It is not something learned. It is a divine enabling that comes through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:1-4; 10:44-48; 19:1-7 and I Corinthians 14:1-19)

I most certainly do have something to say. You do not learn to speak in tongues. You speak in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance when you are filled with the Holy Ghost. To 'learn' to speak in tongues is to take God out of the equation, and make something that is holy into something that is evil.

It is biblical. It is evidence of being filled with the holy spirit. The disciples were filled with the holy spirit after the resurrection of Jesus. He told them to go and preach to many lands, and he anointed them to speak in tongues.
