It seems that the root of all evil by most standards is "Free Will". God gave you free will, thus its your human choice to choose and if you chose otherwise from good, you have done evil. Is there really free will? Are all actions percieved through free will? The randomness and mess that is very much part of our natural world provides little choice in our way of life, and much of life is dictated by our environment and the people that affect us. So good free will seems more like a luxury to those who can afford it or with some luck is in the environment to be so..

dance outside of the church? And by dance I mean any type of dance. Ballroom, just moving back and forth, salsa, ANY form. I have been told that dancing is wrong unless you're dancing specifically for God or you're dancing in church to church music by some. Has any other Christian out there heard this? I am wondering because I've been trying to live better and live for Jesus and according to some i have to follow this rule of not dancing unless it's for church or specifically for God.

In other words, what happened to the souls of all the other people who died in the flood? Were they condemned to hell? Please only Christians reply.

after all, they adapt to their environment, we do not. They continue to evolve today, we do not. There are missing links, and humanity has been known to burn their dead, thus destroying fossil evidence, and animals don't do this. Disregarding the question of where the humans might have come from, since we are unlikely to know for a certainty anytime soon, is it possible that animals evolved from us?

To those who are earnest in sharing their thought with the world: where do you think does the Devil or Satan receive his power from? We know he is out there and he can even reach to the Heavens above in his territory of might or influence and infiltration. We know that he the god of this age; we know that he is the god of this world and he owns the whole world after Adam lost his heritage, and we know he rules the air.

The Devil is certainly a creature of God; so if he is created by God; can he be that stupid to wage war against God who created him? Does he think that he has any chance to win the war with God? Of course not, because it is obvious that his end is Hell and he very well knows that. If that is obvious to you, do you think we should hold hatred to the Devil in our hearts? Also, do you think that we should hate Muslims or those who refuse to acknowledge Jesus Christ as God manifested as a Man for the sake of His love to mankind and for the redemption of Man and to bring salvation to all who believe in His eternal Love and infinite mercy which we witness that he had done on the cross, and by His resurrection He has crushed the devil for good and gave us His new nature, the divine nature that He has!

Is it a concept? A belief? What gets you through the day as in terms of a belief pattern? For me, it's the universe and how it watches over me and guides me. It presents challenges and lessons. How about you?

like the 'Laws of Physics' and the 'Law of Gravity' ??

This really puzzles me....... Does this mean that 'evolution' is really only a 'theory' and if/when it is proven, then it will become the 'law of evolution' .

I've read an English translation of the Quran and then I read the same translation put into chronological order on this site.

It really changed my perception of Islam -

Does that site give the correct story of Islam? How do they distort it if its the same words, just in proper order.......

if they have more than one then none of them are god becuase god is a name given to something that is one and controls every thing.

if there are two then they will fight saying i am god and i am higher in status then you. know that does not sound like God. humm.

Most Religions proclaim that the God is Almighty, Pure, Perfect and Good. Why is God only Good when he is the creator of everything which means all good and bad? It seems to me that God as God is would be more Almighty than just Good. Good seems too small and insignificant when the Universe and all creation added together is bigger than that. If that be the case, would perfection then be the sum of all things? (namely the good, the bad and all else).
